The Steelers hosted Driscoll (ankle) for a workout Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Driscoll is fully recovered from the ankle injury that landed him on Philadelphia's injured reserve late last season. With Isaac Seumalo currently dealing with a pectoral injury, Driscoll could provide extra depth along the interior of the offensive line should Pittsburgh decide to sign him.

Stanley (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Tuesday.

Stanley played versus the Bears in Week 8 despite being limited during practice with an ankle injury leading up to that contest, so it's possible he's just being held out of some drills for maintenance reasons. Even so, he'll probably have to practice in full Wednesday to avoid carrying an injury designation into game day at Miami in Week 9.

Ferrell is slated to sign with San Francisco's practice squad, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Ferrell spent the offseason with Washington but was cut by the team prior to Week 1. He then inked with the Chargers' practice squad and was elevated Week 5 against the Commanders and made one assisted tackle before being cut Oct. 14. The veteran defensive end now looks slated to provide depth for a 49ers defense that has already lost star playmakers Nick Bosa (knee - ACL) and Fred Warner (ankle) for the year.

Martin recorded 14 tackles (10 solo) during Monday's 28-7 loss at Kansas City.

The Chiefs created plenty of tackling opportunities by running the ball 30 times in Week 8, and Martin capitalized by tallying a career-high tackle total. In Week 9, Washington will play host to the Seahawks, who are one of the most run-heavy teams in the league.

Melifonwu (hand) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough, C. Isaiah Smalls II of the Miami Herald reports.

Melifonwu was also listed as limited on Monday's estimated practice report. He played 86 percent of defensive snaps during Miami's win over the Falcons in Week 8 before being forced off the field due to a hand injury. With Ashtyn Davis (quadriceps) still not practicing, it will be crucial for the Dolphins' secondary to have at least him or Melifonwu able to suit up and start at safety versus the Ravens on Thursday.

The Bengals released Pennel on Tuesday.

Pennel was signed to the Bengals' active roster in early September and served in a rotational role at defensive tackle, but his services are no longer required in Cincinnati. The 12th-year pro logged 15 tackles (four solo) across eight regular-season games for the Bengals prior to his release.

Eskridge (shoulder) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Eskridge said Tuesday that his shoulder injury is "fine" and that he expects to suit up Thursday against Baltimore, per C. Isaiah Smalls II of the Miami Herald. With that, even if Eskridge ends up officially listed as "questionable" for Week 9, it sounds like he safely can be expected to be available for Thursday Night Football. With tight end Darren Waller (pectoral) on IR and Tyreek Hill (knee - ACL) out for the year, Eskridge could benefit from increased opportunities on offense versus the Ravens.

The Bengals placed Lee (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Lee was inactive for Week 8 against the Jets after a knee injury prevented him from practicing Friday. After undergoing further tests, it's been determined that the injury is severe enough for him to warrant a stint on injured reserve, which means he will be required to miss at least the next four games. The earliest Lee could return from IR is Week 14 against the Bills on Sunday, Dec. 7.

Wagner recorded 10 tackles (seven solo) and an interception during Monday's 28-7 loss at Kansas City.

There weren't too many causes for celebration for the Commanders in Week 8, but Wagner certainly provided one when he came down with a pass tipped up by Travis Kelce early in the second quarter and recorded his first interception since 2022. He is second in the league only to Miami's Jordyn Brooks in total tackles going into a Week 9 matchup versus the Seahawks.

The Bengals placed Heyward (fibula) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Heyward sustained a hairline fracture to his fibula during the Bengals' Week 8 loss to the Jets. He'll be required to miss at least the next four games and would be eligible to return in Week 14 against the Bills on Sunday, Dec. 7. However, the severity of the injury means Heyward will likely be sidelined beyond that four-game window. He mostly contributed on special teams through the first eight games of the regular season, but his absence will also deplete the Bengals' depth at linebacker.
