The Titans signed Presley to the practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

The Titans will be the third team Presley has been with since signing with the Bills as an undrafted free agent in April before joining the Chiefs in training camp. He spent his entire four-year college career in Baylor, and during the 2024 season he logged 31 catches for 429 yards and three touchdowns across 11 games.

Jackson (hamstring) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice.

Jackson noted after the practice that he is "100 percent healthy" and is trending toward making his return from a three-game absence against the Dolphins on Thursday, per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. The superstar quarterback has been recovering from a hamstring injury that he sustained in Week 4 against Kansas City, which may still affect his mobility. With Jackson healthy enough to play, Tyler Huntley will revert to backup duties while Cooper Rush serves as the emergency third quarterback.

Head coach Kevin O'Connell said Tuesday that Brosmer will be the Vikings' backup quarterback behind J.J. McCarthy (ankle) for the rest of the 2025 season in the absence of Carson Wentz (shoulder), Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Brosmer was initially expected to revert to the emergency third quarterback role once McCarthy was fully recovered from his ankle injury. However, with Wentz set to undergo season-ending surgery to address his left shoulder injury, Brosmer is slated to serve as the Vikings' backup for the rest of the season. Brosmer has been the Vikings' QB2 since Week 3 and has appeared in three games, completing 5 of 8 passes for 42 yards over that span.

Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Elliott is considered "week-to-week" due to a knee injury he sustained during the Steelers' 35-25 loss to the Packers on Sunday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

The initial fear out of the Steelers' camp was that Elliott's knee injury was season-ending, though the good news is that the 2018 sixth-rounder's ACL is intact, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com on Monday. Elliott will likely be ruled out for the Steelers' Week 9 clash against the Colts, and a stint on injured reserve is possible, though Tomlin relayed that any discussion of an IR stint has yet to happen. Chuck Clark, Jabrill Peppers and Juan Thornhill are expected to carry the load at safety for as long as Elliott is on the shelf.

Nabers underwent successful surgery Tuesday to repair a torn ACL and meniscus in his right knee, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The star wideout sustained the knee injury in a Sept. 28 win over the Chargers, but he had been completing a "prehab" program over the past month before finally going under the knife Tuesday. He's scheduled to be discharged from the hospital Wednesday and will be able to immediately begin what's expected to be an extensive rehab process. Given that he suffered his knee injury early in the season, the 22-year-old is expected to be back to full health by the start of the 2026 campaign.

Head coach Dan Campbell did not provide a definitive timetable for Davenport (chest) to return from injury during Tuesday's press conference, Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News reports.

Davenport has been on the Lions' injured reserve since late September while recovering from a chest injury he sustained against the Buccaneers in Week 2. Although Campbell relayed that Davenport is progressing in his recovery, it doesn't appear that the 2018 first-rounder will be back in action anytime soon. The next step in Davenport's recovery would be to return to practice, which will happen once the Lions designate the veteran defense end to return from IR.

New York placed Skattebo (ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

After dislocating his right ankle in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Eagles, Skattebo underwent season-ending surgery hours later, with head coach Brian Daboll relaying that "all went well" with the operation, per Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com. Skattebo has been discharged from the hospital and is able to begin rehabbing right away, but he's without a specific timeline for a return and may not be back to 100 percent health by the start of the 2026 campaign. The fourth-round pick out of Arizona State had emerged as the Giants' lead back prior to suffering the devastating injury, and he'll finish his rookie season with 410 yards and five touchdowns on 101 carries to go with a 24-207-2 receiving line on 32 targets over eight games. Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary are slated to fill the void in the New York backfield.

The Lions are planning for Rodriguez (knee) to make his 2025 debut Week 11 against the Eagles on Nov. 16, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

The Lions opened Rodriguez's 21-day practice window Tuesday, and though he'll be eligible to play as soon as this Sunday's game against the Vikings, the Lions want to have him ramp up slowly as he works his way back from the ACL tear he sustained last November. Before suffering the knee injury, the linebacker totaled a pair of sacks among his 43 tackles over 10 appearances during the 2024 campaign.

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones relayed Tuesday that Diggs (concussion) is also rehabbing from a right knee injury, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Diggs was placed on injured reserve Saturday due to a concussion that he sustained away from team activities. The 2020 second-rounder is also managing a right knee injury that could require minor surgery if rest and rehab isn't enough, though it's not to the same knee that he suffered a torn ACL and ligament damage to during the 2023 season. Diggs is eligible to be activated off injured reserve for Week 12 against the Eagles on Sunday, Nov. 23, but it appears the sixth-year pro will stay on IR past that window. Kaiir Elam and Trikweze Bridges will continue to see extra snaps at outside corner as long as Diggs is out of action.

Rodriguez carried once for two yards while playing two of the Commanders' 53 snaps on offense in Monday's 28-7 loss to the Chiefs.

Rodriguez has now played single-digit snaps in three straight games, all of which were Commanders losses. As an early-down specialist, Rodriguez will likely have a role in grinding out the clock when the Commanders are sitting on a lead, but he's been almost entirely phased out of the game plan while Washington has been in tight games or has faced large deficits over the past three weeks.
