  • Amani Hooker SAF | TEN

Titans' Amani Hooker: Won't play against Houston

Hooker (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Hooker entered the league's concussion protocol following the Titans' 24-18 loss to the Ravens in Week 4. He was held out of practice all week and will observe Sunday's game from the sidelines, so Tony Adams will likely start alongside Kevin Winston at safety. Hooker's next chance to play is Week 6 against the Colts on Sunday, Oct. 18.

  • Divine Deablo LB | ATL

Falcons' Divine Deablo: Questionable for Sunday's contest

Deablo (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.

Deablo was a limited participant in Friday's practice with a hamstring injury. The linebacker played through the injury during the Falcons' blowout win over the Saints on Monday Night Football. Diablo played 81 percent of the Falcons' defensive snaps in the contest and will likely suit up for a similar snap share in Sunday's game against the Ravens.

  • Craig Woodson SAF | NE

Patriots' Craig Woodson: Still working through shoulder issue

Woodson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Las Vegas.

Woodson picked up a shoulder injury against the Steelers in Week 2, which prevented him from playing in Week 3 against the Jaguars. He was cleared for Week 4 against the Bills, but the second-year safety is still not fully recovered from his injury, and his limited practice participation was enough for him to be tagged as questionable for Sunday's game. Jaylen Reed would likely start next to Kevin Byard at safety if Woodson doesn't play.

  • Patriots' Dre'Mont Jones: Questionable for Week 5

Jones (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Jones has been working through a shoulder issue for the past couple of weeks, and he's drawn the questionable tag for Sunday's game after being limited in practice all week. Rookie second-rounder Gabe Jacas would take on an elevated role against the Raiders if Jones is not cleared to play.

  • Kyler Gordon CB | CHI

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Questionable to make season debut

Gordon (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Packers.

Gordon remains on the reserve/PUP list with a calf injury he sustained in May. The cornerback was designated to return to practice Sept. 30 and was a full participant throughout Week 5 preparation. Gordon's return to the 53-man roster would bolster the Bears' secondary as the team heads into a key divisional matchup against the Packers.

  • Jamel Dean CB | PIT

Steelers' Jamel Dean: Won't play Sunday

Dean (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.

Dean suffered an ankle injury during the Steelers' 27-24 loss to the Browns last Thursday. The cornerback has not practiced since sustaining the injury and is set to miss a few weeks as he manages the issue. Asante Samuel is set to start across from either Daylen Everette or Sean Murphy-Bunting in Dean's absence.

  • Patriots' Christian Elliss: Iffy for Week 5

Elliss (chest) is listed as questionable against the Raiders on Sunday.

Elliss was able to play through a chest injury against the Bills in Week 4, and he's drawn the questionable tag for Week 5 after stringing together a trio of limited practices. If he cannot play against Las Vegas, then Darius Muasau and Erick Hunter would be the top candidates to start next to Robert Spillane at inside linebacker.

  • DeShon Elliott SAF | PIT

Steelers' DeShon Elliott: Ruled out for Sunday

Elliott (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.

Elliott returned to practice Thursday after the Steelers opened up his 21-day return window. The safety logged two limited sessions in Week 5 as he works through a persistent knee injury. It remains unclear if Elliott will be ready to suit up for Week 6 or if he will need even more time to recover.

  • Will Shipley RB | PHI

Eagles' Will Shipley: Philly's top RB for Week 5

Shipley will lead the Eagles' backfield against the Jaguars on Week 5 due to the absences of both Saquon Barkley (hamstring) and Tank Bigsby (abdomen, IR), Chris McPherson of the Eagles' official site reports.

Barkley and Bigsby both sustained injuries during the Eagles' Week 4 loss to the Rams, and with both running backs sidelined for Week 5, the Eagles will turn to Shipley to handle RB1 duties while Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele provide backfield depth. Shipley is averaging 3.4 yards per carry though four games this season, and his work will be cut out for him against a Jaguars defense that allows the third-fewest rushing yards in the NFL (74.3).

  • Jalen Ramsey CB | PIT

Steelers' Jalen Ramsey: Questionable for Sunday

Ramsey (wrist) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.

Ramsey did not practice on Wednesday but managed to finish the week with two consecutive limited sessions. The slot cornerback played through his wrist injury in the Steelers' loss to the Browns last Thursday and will likely do the same in Sunday's contest against the Colts.
