Anzalone totaled four tackles (three solo) Sunday in a 24-9 win against the Buccaneers.

Anzalone was quiet from a statistical perspective after racking up a season-high 12 stops in Week 6. However, he logged 100 percent of Detroit's defensive snaps for the sixth time through seven games this year. Anzalone has 39 tackles, including 1.5 sacks, and four defensed passes (including an interception) on the campaign.

Barnes tallied five tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, and a defensed pass in Sunday's 24-9 win over Tampa Bay.

Barnes tied for third on Detroit in tackles in the win. One of his stops was a second-quarter sack of Baker Mayfield for a six-yard loss. That pushed Barnes to 3.0 sacks on the campaign, setting a new career-high mark.

Taylor finished with seven tackles (four solo) in Sunday's loss to Chicago.

Taylor dealt with a knee issue early in the week but was able to start and play his usual near-every-down role. The fourth-year cornerback ended second on the Saints in tackles with his second-highest tally of the season. Taylor has registered 34 tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and three defensed passes through seven games this season.

Sanker finished Sunday's Week 7 loss to Chicago with five tackles (three solo).

Sanker has been consistent since moving into a starting role Week 2, logging at least five tackles in five of six games. The rookie has quickly become a key part of the Saints' secondary and has tallied 34 tackles along with three defensed passes on the campaign.

McKinstry recorded five tackles (all solo) and a defensed pass in a loss to the Bears on Sunday.

McKinstry played his usual every-down role and logged his highest tackle tally since Week 4. On the season, the second-year cornerback has 29 tackles and five pass defenses, including two interceptions, through seven games.

Werner logged two assisted tackles Sunday in a loss to Chicago.

It was a quiet game from a statistical perspective for Werner, who recorded his lowest tackle tally of the campaign. The veteran linebacker also continued to see his playing time decrease -- he logged a season-low 53 percent defensive snap share. Meanwhile, rookie Danny Stutsman was productive with a 24 percent snap share and could be pushing Werner for playing time.

The 49ers designated Burford (knee) to return to practice on Wednesday.

Burford hurt his knee in Week 2 against New Orleans and subsequently landed on IR. He's since missed the required four games and is eligible to be activated when the team deems him ready. Burford logged a limited practice session Wednesday, per Vic Tafur of The Athletic, and it's unclear if he'll be back in action this Sunday versus Houston.

Smith (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.

Smith has been a frequent name on the injury report in October due to a nagging knee injury, but he's been able to play and log every Dallas offensive snap each of the past two weeks. There's no indication that Smith's limited practice session Wednesday was anything more than continued injury management.

Belton (ankle) logged a limited practice Wednesday.

Belton has missed three straight games due to the ankle injury and was able to practice in limited fashion all week leading up to Green Bay's Week 7 matchup. He has a realistic chance to return in Week 8 against Pittsburgh, though his status remains unclear.

Banks (groin) logged a limited practice Wednesday.

Banks has played in consecutive games, but has dealt with ankle and groin injuries all season. His recent availability suggests he'll be able to play Sunday against the Steelers, though there's some uncertainty for the time being.
