Wright was cut from the Titans' practice squad Friday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

The UCF product was elevated to Tennessee's active roster for the Week 6 loss to the Raiders while Joey Slye (calf) was sidelined with an injury. Wright was perfect in the loss, converting on his lone field-goal attempt and extra-point tries. Although Slye has practiced in a limited fashion this week, the Titans' decision to drop Wright suggests Slye will likely return from injury in the Week 7 matchup against the Patriots.

McCarthy (ankle) will work as the emergency third quarterback for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Dane Mizutani of the Pioneer Press reports.

McCarthy's listed as questionable due to an ankle injury, but he isn't expected to see game action even if given the green light to suit up, as Carson Wentz will retain the starting job and Max Brosmer will dress as Wentz's backup. McCarthy hasn't played since Week 2 due to a high right-ankle sprain, and the offense has looked more effective with Wentz under center, so Minnesota will let McCarthy work his way back to full health before putting him back into consideration for the starting job.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Friday that Nacua, who won't play Sunday against the Jaguars in London, is "making good progress" in his recovery from a left llow ankle sprain, and he's "optimistic about hopefully having him ready after the [Week 8] bye," Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Nacua hasn't practiced since injuring his ankle during this past Sunday's win at Baltimore, a contest in which he finished with a 2-28-0 line on three targets. With Nacua out Week 7, Davante Adams will step in as the Rams' top pass catcher, while the likes of wideouts Jordan Whittington and Tutu Atwell, running back Kyren Williams and tight end Tyler Higbee round out the receiving corps. Nacua's next chance for game action will arrive Nov. 2 versus the Saints.

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said that Wentz will start at quarterback in Sunday's game against the Eagles, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Max Brosmer will handle the backup role in Week 7 while J.J. McCarthy serves as the team's emergency No. 3 quarterback as he continues his recovery from a high-ankle sprain. Wentz's fourth start of 2025 comes against the team that drafted him with the No. 2 overall pick back in 2016. He's played reasonably well for the Vikings so far, completing 69 percent of passes for 7.6 yards per attempt, with per-game averages of 33.3 attempts, 253.0 yards and 1.6 touchdowns. Minnesota's offense is fantasy-friendly for quarterbacks, but Wentz doesn't add much on the ground (29 yards, no scores) and has a well-earned reputation for untimely mistakes.

Sewell (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Sewell remains in concussion protocol after being injured in a collision with a teammate during Monday's win over the Commanders. Ruben Hyppolite, D'Marco Jackson and Carl Jones are the top candidates for additional playing time in Sewell's absence.

Yiadom (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bears, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Despite practicing in full Friday, Yiadom is still is jeopardy of missing a third consecutive game due to a hamstring issue. The ninth-year pro has tallied 16 total tackles through four appearances with New Orleans this season. If active, he's likely to start as the team's No. 1 slot corner.

Homer (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Homer remains on injured reserve, so Chicago would have to make an official move of adding him back to the active roster for Homer to be eligible to play Sunday. He logged three full practices during the week, so Homer may actually be healthier than lead back D'Andre Swift (groin), who is listed as questionable after being limited in practice Thursday and Friday.

Davidson (knee) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Broncos, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Despite logging a DNP at Thursday's practice due to a knee injury, Davidson is set to face the Broncos in Week 7. The Arizona State product has logged 106 defensive snaps over the Giants' first six games this season, tallying three total tackles. He's expected to serve as New York's top reserve nose tackle Sunday, playing behind Dexter Lawrence.

Kamara (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Chicago, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Kamara even progressed to full practice participation Friday, setting him up for this usual workload come Sunday, although Kendre Miller has gotten more involved in recent weeks for reasons seemingly unrelated to Kamara's health. The 30-year-old RB took 62 percent of snaps in last week's loss to New England, with 15 touches for 76 total yards.

Jarrett (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Jarrett upgraded to limited participation in practice Friday after DNPs on Wednesday and Thursday. He last suited up in Week 3 against Dallas. If Jarrett's unable to return Sunday, more snaps on the interior of the defensive line will continue to be available for Chris Williams, Andrew Billings and Shemar Turner.
