  • Raheem Blackshear: Back with practice squad

Blackshear reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Blackshear was elevated to the active roster prior to Sunday's 35-8 loss to the Bills, ultimately failing to appear in the contest. The running back spent time with the practice squad of the Titans, Steelers and Jets this season, and he'll now enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

  • Cam Akers RB | SEA

Cam Akers: Returns to practice squad

Akers reverted to the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Akers played six snaps (one on offense, five on special teams) during the Seahawks' 13-3 win over the 49ers on Saturday. He ended up being elevated to Seattle's active roster three times in the regular season and will be available to be called up during the playoffs should the Seahawks require another contributor on special teams and out of the backfield.

  • Nyheim Hines: Back to practice squad

Hines reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Hines joined the Saints' practice squad in mid-December after spending time earlier in the season with the Chargers. He was elevated to the active roster Saturday and played nine snaps (one on offense, eight on special teams) during Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Falcons, when he returned one punt for 11 yards. Hines has the versatility and experience to garner offseason interest from teams looking to add depth to their backfield and can also contribute on special teams as a returner.

  • Jake Haener QB | KC

Jake Haener: Reverts to practice squad

Haener reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Haener was elevated to the Saints' active roster Saturday and ended up serving as Tyler Shough's backup for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Falcons due to the absence of Spencer Rattler (finger). Haener didn't end up playing a single snap during Sunday's loss and did not appear in a regular-season game in 2025. He was selected by the Saints in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft, but his role with New Orleans in 2026 isn't clear given Shough's strong play to end the regular season and Rattler's presence.

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

Jeff Wilson: Returns to practice squad

Wilson reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Wilson was elevated to the active roster ahead of the team's 38-10 loss to the Patriots on Sunday, failing to record any stats while playing six of the team's 56 offensive snaps. The running back appeared in three games with Miami this season, producing no output. Wilson will now likely look for an opportunity to compete for an active roster in the offseason.

  • DJ Uiagalelei QB | LAC

DJ Uiagalelei: Returns to Bolts' practice squad

Uiagalelei reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Uiagalelei spent the entire 2025 season on the Chargers' practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for the first time Saturday and served as the team's backup quarterback behind Trey Lance for Sunday's 19-3 loss to the Broncos, though the former didn't end up playing a single snap. Uiagalelei is unlikely to see playoff action unless both Justin Herbert and Lance were to miss time.

  • Drake Dabney TE | GB

Drake Dabney: Returns to practice squad

Dabney reverted to the Packers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Dabney was elevated to the active roster for the second straight week ahead of Sunday's 16-3 loss to the Vikings, reeling in one of two targets for three yards while playing 45 of the team's 51 offensive snaps. He outpaced both Josh Whyle (37) and Luke Musgrave (two) in snaps on offense as the Packers opted to rest their starters as much as possible. Additionally, Dabney jumped on the loose ball after quarterback Clayton Tune fumbled in the first quarter, maintaining possession for Green Bay. Dabney could be asked to join the active roster again in Saturday's matchup with the Bears in the wild-card round.

  • Jason Brownlee: Reverts to practice squad

Brownlee reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Brownlee played five of 64 offensive snaps during the Chiefs' 14-12 loss to the Raiders on Sunday but did not show up on the box score otherwise. Brownlee spent time on the Chiefs' practice squad and active roster in 2025 and appeared in six regular-season games, failing to record a catch on one target. He'll enter the 2026 offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

  • Patrick Herbert: Back to practice squad

Herbert reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Herbert was elevated to Jacksonville's active roster Saturday for the first time this season, but he ended up a healthy scratch for Sunday's regular-season finale against Tennessee. The undrafted tight end out of Oregon will be available for elevation during the Jaguars' playoff run.

  • Nikola Kalinic TE | CHI

Bears' Nikola Kalinic: Back to Bears' practice squad

Kalinic reverted to Chicago's practice squad Monday, per the league's transaction log.

Kalinic was activated from the practice-squad injured list Wednesday and was elevated to the active roster for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Lions, when he played 13 snaps on special teams and recorded a tackle on the opening kickoff. Kalinic appeared in two regular-season games for Chicago and will be available for the NFC playoffs should the team need an additional player on the active roster to contribute on special teams.
