  • Cardinals' Will Hernandez: Cleared to play vs. Tennessee

Hernandez (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Hernandez missed the first four games of the regular season while recovering from an ACL tear that he sustained in Week 5 of the 2024 campaign. He was a limited participant in practice this past week, and he has progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to make his 2025 debut Sunday, when he'll serve in a depth role on the Cardinals' offensive line.

  • Tyjae Spears RB | TEN

Titans' Tyjae Spears: Returns to action Sunday

Spears (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Spears, who was sidelined for the first four weeks of the season due to a high right-ankle sprain that he suffered Aug. 9, was activated from IR on Saturday after being limited in practice all week and carried a 'questionable' tag into Sunday's contest. It remains to been how much volume he'll see in his return to Tennessee's backfield, but either way, his presence figures to allow the team to spell fellow RB Tony Pollard more often going forward. During the 2024 regular season, Spears recorded 84 carries for 312 yards and four TDs and 30 catches (on 35 targets) for 224 yards and a score in 12 games, while Pollard logged 260 carries and 41 catches in 16 contests.

  • Nick Kallerup TE | SEA

Seahawks' Nick Kallerup: Won't play Week 5

Kallerup (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Kallerup has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut, having been a healthy scratch through the first five games of 2025. Eric Saubert and rookie second-rounder Elijah Arroyo will provide depth at tight end behind starter AJ Barner.

  • Calvin Ridley WR | TEN

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Active for Sunday's game

Ridley (knee/elbow) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

After logging a 54 percent snap share in the Titans' 26-0 loss to the Texans in Week 4, Ridley registered consecutive DNPs Wednesday and Thursday before working in a limited capacity Friday and then being deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. Ultimately, Ridley will be able to give it a go, though if he's limited at all, or suffers any setbacks versus Arizona, Tyler Lockett, Chimere Dike and Van Jefferson would see added WR opportunities alongside Elic Ayomanor. Through four games, Ridley has compiled a modest 10/141/0 receiving line on 24 targets, while Ayomanor has recorded a 12/151/2 line (on 25 targets) in that same span.

  • Greg Dortch WR | BUF

Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Suiting up in Week 5

Dortch (collarbone) is active for Sunday's game versus the Titans, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Dortch operated with a cap on his practice reps during Week 5 prep due to a collarbone injury, but he'll ditch his questionable tag and suit up Sunday. WIth Zay Jones out of the concussion protocol and back in action, Dortch likely will reassume his role as the Cardinals' No. 4 WR behind Marvin Harrison, Michael Wilson and Jones, which amounted to a minimal four catches (on four targets) for 12 yards in the first three contests of the season.

  • Cody White WR | LV

Seahawks' Cody White: Inactive for Week 5

White (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

White will be a healthy scratch for a second straight week, and his next opportunity to see the field is Week 6 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 12. Jake Bobo and Dareke Young will provide depth at wide receiver while White is sidelined.

  • Swayze Bozeman LB | CIN

Giants' Swayze Bozeman: Leaves game with ankle injury

Bozeman is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints due to an ankle injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Bozeman is on the sidelines having his ankle injury evaluated by trainers to determine whether he can return. With Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (hamstring) inactive, Neville Hewitt will be the lone backup at inside linebacker behind Darius Muasau and Bobby Okereke for as long as Bozeman is out of the game.

  • Eagles' Grant Calcaterra: Exits game with oblique injury

Calcaterra is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Denver due to an oblique injury.

Calcaterra went to the locker room in the first quarter after sustaining an oblique injury, and he'll undergo further tests to determine whether he can return. Kylen Granson and Cameron Latu will see more snaps at tight end behind starter Dallas Goedert for as long as Calcaterra is out of the game.

  • Jack Sanborn LB | CHI

Cowboys' Jack Sanborn: Being evaluated for concussion

Sanborn is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jets, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Sanborn was taken back to the locker room after taking a hit to the head, where he will undergo further tests for a concussion. Shemar James and Marist Liufau are in line to see more snaps at linebacker for as long as Sanborn is out of the game.

  • A.J. Cole P | LV

Raiders' AJ Cole: Carted off field with ankle injury

Cole is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts due to an ankle injury.

Cole injured his ankle after his punt was blocked in the second quarter, and the injury was severe enough for the punter to be carted off the field. Daniel Carlson may be tasked with handling punting duties for the rest of the game while backup quarterback Kenny Pickett serves as the holder on field-goal attempts and extra-point tries if Cole is unable to return.
