The Panthers are hopeful that Coker (quadriceps) will be ready to return to action following their Week 5 bye, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

After making an early exit from the Panthers' Week 3 loss to the Browns due to a quad strain, Coker missed one practice and was limited in two others before taking a questionable tag into this past Sunday's game against the Lions. He was ultimately inactive for the Panthers' 32-26 win, but the team is optimistic that with another week off to heal up from the injury, Coker will be ready to go for a Week 6 matchup with the Eagles on Oct. 18. Despite essentially playing just two and a half games this season, Coker has been highly productive during his time on the field with an 18-222-2 receiving line on 22 targets.

Douglas logged six tackles (five solo) and one interception in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Colts in London.

Douglas picked off a Daniel Jones pass intended for Ashton Dulin early in the second quarter, but the Commanders offense could not make the most of that opportunity and turned the ball over on downs shortly after the takeaway. It was the first interception of the season for Douglas, who has seen his playing time on defense steadily increase over the course of the season, coinciding with Mike Sainristil dropping into a rotational role in the secondary. Douglas is up to 13 tackles (10 solo) and three pass defenses through the first four games of the regular season.

Tuipulotu recorded six total tackles (three solo), including 0.5 sacks, while intercepting a pass and forcing a fumble during Sunday's 30-23 loss to Seattle.

Tuipulotu jumped in front of quarterback Sam Darnold's first pass of the day, notching his first career interception. The linebacker later stripped running back Emanuel Wilson in the third quarter, but Wilson fell on the fumble. Tuipulotu also combined with defensive lineman Justin Eboigbe to sack Darnold in the fourth quarter. The 24-year-old has now compiled 18 total tackles (11 solo), including 2.0 sacks, while also adding an interception and a forced fumble over four contests this season.

Davis-Gaither tallied eight tackles (five solo) during the Colts' 30-13 win over the Commanders on Sunday in London.

Davis-Gaither played 62 of 64 defensive snaps during Sunday's win and co-led the Colts in tackles with Justin Walley. Davis-Gaither has logged at least seven total tackles in each of the first four games of the regular season, and his 37 stops lead the Colts and are tied for sixth-most in the NFL.

Thieneman recorded seven total tackles during Sunday's 23-12 win over the Jets.

Thieneman was on the field for all 32 of the team's defensive snaps, and he led the way with seven takedowns. The safety has opened his NFL career by compiling 30 total tackles (15 solo) and three passes defensed, including an interception, over four contests so far during the 2026 campaign.

Carlies (undisclosed) logged five tackles (three solo) and an interception during Sunday's 30-13 win over the Commanders in London.

Carlies set the Colts up in Commanders territory after picking off Athan Kaliakmanis early in the third quarter, leading to a five-yard rushing touchdown by Jonathan Taylor four plays later. Carlies picked up an undisclosed injury in the same period and was ruled out during the fourth quarter, so Wednesday's practice report will shed some light on his status ahead of the Colts' Week 5 road tilt against the Steelers.

Lloyd recorded nine total tackles (five solo) during Sunday night's 32-26 win against Detroit.

Lloyd was on the field for all 71 of the Panthers' defensive snaps in his return to action after missing Week 3 with a calf injury. The linebacker finished second on the team in takedowns behind cornerback Akayleb Evans (11), notching at least nine tackles for his third straight game. Lloyd has now compiled 31 total tackles (21 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding two interceptions and a defensive touchdown over his first three regular-season contests with Carolina.

Walley recorded eight tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks, during the Colts' 30-13 win over the Commanders on Sunday in London.

Walley briefly left Sunday's game early in the third quarter due to an undisclosed injury but was back on the field for the Colts' next defensive drive, and he sacked QB Athan Kaliakmanis for a nine-yard loss later in the same period. It was the first sack of Walley's NFC career, and he has 22 tackles (15 solo) and three pass defenses through four regular-season games.

Evans recorded 11 total tackles (nine solo) and a pass defensed during Sunday night's 32-26 win over the Lions.

Evans stepped into a starting role at cornerback after Mike Jackson (groin) and Jaycee Horn (quadriceps) were both placed on injured reserve. The 27-year-old led the team in takedowns, and he'll likely operate in a starting role again Week 6 against the Eagles.

Knight finished Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Jaguars with six tackles (three solo).

Linebacker Barrett Carter led the Bengals with 11 total tackles Sunday, with Knight finishing as the team's runner-up in that category. Knight's 45 defensive snaps (73.8 percent) were his fewest of the season after the second-year pro played at least 89.5 percent of the Bengals' defensive snaps in each of his first three games. He's up to 34 tackles (14 solo) and a scoop-and-score on the year.
