Blake Corum RB | LAR
Rams' Blake Corum: Questionable after limited practice
Corum (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Friday and is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's regular-season finale against Arizona, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Corum was forced out of Monday's loss to Atlanta early due to a right ankle injury and was listed as a non-participant Wednesday and Thursday, so it's encouraging to see him back on the practice field Friday. Meanwhile, top RB Kyren Williams (ankle) also is listed as questionable after having logged a trio of limited sessions, though head coach Sean McVay said he's expected to play Week 18, per Grosbard. McVay already has stated that the Rams' starters will play Sunday regardless of whether the team has anything to play for in terms of playoff standing, but Corum's injury could be one that motivates the team to err on the side of caution.

George Karlaftis DE | KC
Chiefs' George Karlaftis: Questionable yet healthy
Karlaftis (rest) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Karlaftis was a limited participant throughout Week 18, but his injury status is listed as non-injured rest. The defensive end signed a four-year, $93 million contract with the Chiefs in July. The team may just be looking to protect a valuable asset ahead of the 2026 season, as Kansas City missed the playoffs for the first time since the 2014 campaign. If Karlaftis is inactive for Sunday's game, he will end the season with 48 tackles (25 solo), including 6.0 sacks, and two passes defensed through 16 games.

Amani Hooker SAF | TEN
Titans' Amani Hooker: Doubtful for Sunday
Hooker (ankle) is listed as doubtful ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Hooker was unable to practice at all this week due to an ankle injury he likely sustained in last Sunday's loss to the Saints. The strong safety was able to play every snap in the contest, so there is a chance he can play through the injury in the hope of helping the Titans spoil the Jaguars' chance for the No. 2 seed in the AFC, and maybe the AFC South title as a whole. If the ankle injury proves to be too much and Hooker is inactive come game time, Jerrick Reed will likely get the start at strong safety.

Tyler Higbee TE | LAR
Rams' Tyler Higbee: Officially questionable for Week 18
Higbee (ankle), who remains on IR, practiced in full Friday and is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Higbee had his 21-day practice window opened Wednesday and has been a full participant since, but it's possible that Los Angeles will prioritize having the veteran tight end ready for the playoffs rather than Week 18 of the regular season. Whenever Higbee is activated to the 53-man roster, he will rejoin a tight end rotation in which he, Colby Parkinson, Terrance Ferguson and Davis Allen all stand to remain regular contributors.

Kyren Williams RB | LAR
Rams' Kyren Williams: Questionable, should play
Williams (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday that he expects Williams to play, whereas fellow running back Blake Corum (ankle) appears truly questionable. McVay also said he'll use starters even if Sunday's game doesn't matter for playoff seeding, but that doesn't necessarily mean Williams would handle a full workload.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: Questionable for Sunday
Adams (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday that he'll play his starters even if the result of Saturday's Seahawks-49ers matchup renders the Rams' contest meaningless in terms of playoff seeding. Adams could be an exception, of course, but it's at least clear he's making progress. He returned to practice Thursday and managed back-to-back limited sessions to close out the week.

Spencer Rattler QB | NO
Saints' Spencer Rattler: Questionable for Sunday
Rattler (finger) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Falcons, Jeff Nowak of WWL Radio reports.
Rattler has been fulfilling his role as the Saints' backup quarterback since rookie Tyler Shough was named the starter for Week 9 and beyond. The backup has not practiced since Week 16 due to a thumb injury on his throwing hand, which has left the Saints with just Taysom Hill healthy as a depth option as they end the season. Rattler's inability to practice with the injury for consecutive weeks means Hill could potentially play a role at quarterback in Sunday's contest if Shough were to need to leave the game for any reason.

Kayshon Boutte WR | NE
Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Cleared for Week 18
Boutte (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Dolphins.
Boutte was limited Wednesday, but he worked fully Thursday and Friday and now has been cleared to return to action after being inactive Week 17. In 13 regular-season contests, Boutte has recorded a 31-527-6 line on 42 targets, a pace that keeps him on the fantasy radar in deeper formats. With Mack Hollins (abdomen) on IR, look for Boutte to step right back into a significant snap share Week 18 while working alongside fellow WRs Stefon Diggs, Kyle Williams, DeMario Douglas and Efton Chism.

Calvin Austin III WR | NYG
Steelers' Calvin Austin: Ready for Sunday night
Austin (hamstring) practiced in full Friday and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday night's regular-season finale against the Ravens, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Austin injured his hamstring Week 16 versus the Lions and subsequentially sat out Week 17, but he'll return to action to face Baltimore with the AFC North title on the line Sunday. With DK Metcalf (suspension) ruled out for one more game, Austin appears set to operate as the No. 1 wide receiver for veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers, with a combination of Adam Thielen, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Scotty Miller, Ben Skowronek, Roman Wilson and potentially also practice-squad member Brandon Johnson contributing behind him. At tight end, with Darnell Washington (forearm) having been placed on IR, Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith are in position to split the majority of opportunities.

Demario Davis OLB | NYJ
Saints' Demario Davis: Questionable with calf issue
Davis (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Falcons, Jeff Nowak of WWL Radio reports.
Davis was a limited participant throughout the Week 18 practice sessions with a calf injury he likely sustained in last Sunday's win over the Titans. The inside linebacker has yet to miss a game this season, so stringing three consecutive practice sessions together is a strong sign he will be able to suit up for Sunday's season-finale. If the team decides it wants to be careful with Davis' injury, Danny Stutsman and Jaylan Ford would be set to receive an increased defensive workload for the Saints' linebacker corps.
