Gilliam (triceps) was waived/injured by the Cowboys on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The defensive tackle tore his triceps muscle last week during a practice. If Gilliam clears waivers, he will need to reach an injury settlement with the Cowboys to have a chance to play in 2026.

Mukuamu (undisclosed) was let go after reaching an injury settlement with the Steelers on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Mukuamu was set to miss the entirety of the 2026 campaign while on injured reserve with the Steelers after suffering an undisclosed injury. The safety will now have the chance to pass a physical and play elsewhere this season.

Keys (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve with an injury settlement by the Cardinals on Monday, Howard Balzer of USA Today reports.

The linebacker was placed on IR on Aug. 15 after likely suffering the injury during a preseason win over the Raiders. Now that he's reached a settlement with Arizona, he can play in 2026 if he gets healthy enough to suit up. Keys appeared in 11 regular-season games for the Vikings in 2025, playing mostly on special teams and recording seven tackles (four solo), including 1.0 sacks.

Horton suffered a torn Achilles in Monday's practice, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The defensive end fell while rushing the quarterback during team drills and had to be helped off the field by trainers. Horton played on 243 defensive snaps and 251 special-teams snaps across 16 regular-season games last year, and he had been on track to make the final 53-man roster.

Chappell (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation by the Vikings on Monday, Rob Kleifield and Lindsey Young of the team's official website report.

Chappell signed with Minnesota as an undrafted free agent in April, and he hasn't recorded any stats during the preseason. The cornerback is now dealing with an undisclosed injury, and if he goes unclaimed on waivers, he could be forced to spend the entirety of the 2026 campaign on injured reserve with the Vikings.

Pinter (knee) is likely going to miss the entire 2026 campaign, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

The center tore his patella tendon during a joint practice with the Vikings on Aug. 19. Pinter had been playing with the first team as Baltimore seeks to replace Tyler Linderbaum, who signed with the Raiders in the offseason. Ethan Pocic is likely the next man up at center.

Taimani (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation by the Vikings on Monday, Ron Kleifield and Lindsey Young of the team's official website report.

Taimani signed with Minnesota in January, and he has recorded three total tackles over the team's first two preseason games. If the defensive tackle goes unclaimed on waivers, he'll revert to injured reserve with the Vikings.

McPhearson (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve by the Rams on Monday.

McPhearson signed with Los Angeles on Aug. 9, and he has recorded two total tackles over the team's two preseason contests to this point. The cornerback is now dealing with an undisclosed injury. He's set to miss the entirety of the 2026 campaign while on IR, unless he can reach an injury settlement with the Rams.

Bell (thumb) sat out of practice Monday, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.

The offensive tackle is dealing with both thumb and leg issues, per Kubena. Bell put together a strong preseason performance against New England on Saturday and is considered a lock to make the Eagles' roster. As long as his injuries are minor, his status as the backup right tackle to Lane Johnson shouldn't change.

Jackson (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Eagles on Monday.

The running back suffered an injury that forced play to be stopped for several minutes after the opening kickoff of Philadelphia's preseason game with New England on Saturday. Jackson left the field in an ambulance and had to be taken to a local hospital, but his CT scans came back negative. His status remains unclear, but if he can get healthy enough to play, he will need to reach an injury settlement with Philadelphia to have a chance to see the field in 2026.
