  • Giants' Braxton Berrios: Undergoing season-ending surgery

Berrios announced Tuesday that he will undergo foot surgery and be out for the rest of the 2026 season, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.

Berrios injured his foot during the Giants' Week 4 win over the Cardinals, and the injury is severe enough for him to require season-ending surgery. In Berrios' absence, the Giants will likely turn to Tyrone Tracy, Charlie Jones and Deonte Banks to serve as returners on kickoffs and punts.

  • Anthony Tyus: Cut loose by Carolina

The Panthers waived Tyus on Tuesday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Tyus was signed to the Panthers' active roster Sept. 30, but he's now off the 53-man roster as the team anticipates the return of Trevor Ettiene (ankle) from injured reserve following the Week 5 bye. Assuming he clears waivers, Tyus will explore his next options and should garner interest from teams looking for backfield depth and a returner on kickoffs.

  • Treyvhon Saunders: Cut by Houston

Saunders was cut from the Texans' practice squad with an injury settlement Tuesday.

Saunders signed with Houston's practice squad Sept. 29, but he will now return to the open market. The wide receiver has yet to make his NFL debut after going undrafted in April, and his next opportunity will likely come with another team's practice squad.

  • Cardinals' Teagan Quitoriano: Signed to Arizona's 53-man roster

The Cardinals signed Quitoriano from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday.

The move gives the Cardinals extra depth at tight end on the 53-man roster after Hunter Long (knee) was placed on injured reserve, with Kenny Yeboah taking Quitoriano's place on Arizona's practice squad. Quitoriano has yet to take the field this season, but he's now slated in as the TE3 behind Trey McBride and Elijah Higgins. Quitoriano played in 17 regular-season games for the Falcons in 2025, when he contributed on both special teams and offense but did not see a target.

  • Damon Bankston: Back with Packers' practice squad

Bankston was signed to the Packers' practice squad Tuesday.

Bankston will return to the practice squad with Green Bay after being released by the team Sept. 29. The running back has yet to be elevated to the active roster for a contest this season, and he could get his chance Week 5 against the Bears if Chris Brooks (ankle) is unavailable.

  • Kenny Yeboah TE | ARI

Kenny Yeboah: Back with Arizona on practice squad

The Cardinals signed Yeboah to the practice squad Tuesday.

With Hunter Long (knee) on injured reserve, the Cardinals addressed the tight end position by signing Teagan Quitoriano from the practice squad to the active roster, with Yeboah taking Quitoriano's place on the scout team. Yeboah last saw regular-season action in 2024 with the Jets, when he contributed on both offense and special teams and finished with five catches (on eight targets) for 47 yards and a touchdown across nine games.

  • Hunter Long TE | ARI

Cardinals' Hunter Long: Lands on IR

The Cardinals placed Long (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Long left Sunday's game against the Giants due to a knee injury, which is severe enough for the sixth-year pro to go on injured reserve. As such, Long will be required to miss at least the next four games, so Week 9 against the Seahawks on Sunday, Nov. 8 is the earliest he is eligible to return. In order to add more depth at tight end behind Trey McBride and Elijah Higgins, the Cardinals signed 2022 fifth-rounder Teagan Quitoriano from the practice squad to the active roster.

  • Packers' Edgerrin Cooper: Placed on IR

Cooper (Achilles) was placed on injured reserve by the Packers on Tuesday.

Cooper suffered a torn Achilles in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers, and he will now spend the rest of the season on IR. In his absence, Zaire Franklin and Isaiah McDuffie will operate as the team's primary options at inside linebacker.

  • Dontae McMillan: Signed to Seattle's practice squad

McMillan was signed to the Seahawks' practice squad Tuesday.

McMillan will replace fellow running back Jacardia Wright (foot) on the team's practice squad following Wright's placement on the practice squad injured list Tuesday. The team decided to sign McMillan over veteran Joe Mixon (foot) after Mixon failed a physical.

  • Tank Bigsby RB | PHI

Eagles' Tank Bigsby: Placed on IR

The Eagles placed Bigsby (abdomen) on injured reserve Tuesday, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.

Bigsby will require core muscle surgery for an abdominal injury that he picked up during the Eagles' Week 4 loss to the Rams. The fourth-year pro will be required to miss at least the next four games, so the earliest he can return is Week 9 against the Giants on Sunday, Nov. 8. Saquon Barkley (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, and with Bigsby on IR, Will Shipley could be the Eagles' starting running back for Week 5 against the Jaguars on Sunday in London.
