Evan McPherson K | CIN
Bengals' Evan McPherson: Quiet day in loss
McPherson made his only field-goal attempt and both of his PATs during Sunday's 22-17 loss to Jacksonville.
McPherson was unable to make it four straight games with multiple field-goal makes, converting his only attempt of the day from 29 yards in the second quarter. The kicker is still perfect on the season, going 9-for-9 on field-goal tries, including five makes from 50-plus yards, over four contests so far during the 2026 campaign.

Kenneth Gainwell RB | TB
Buccaneers' Kenny Gainwell: Finds end zone in Week 4 loss
Gainwell rushed three times for five yards in Sunday's 17-14 loss to the Packers. He added two catches for 22 yards and a touchdown on two targets.
Gainwell was out-snapped 36 to 26 by Bucky Irving, who also handled 16 carries to Gainwell's three in Jalon Daniels' first career start at quarterback. Gainwell was the only running back to see a target out of the backfield for Tampa Bay, and he scored his first touchdown of 2026 with a 10-yard catch in the fourth quarter. Averaging just 5.25 touches per game, Gainwell isn't a recommended fantasy target in a broken Tampa Bay offense.

Tetairoa McMillan WR | CAR
Panthers' Tetairoa McMillan: Career-best 192 yards, two TDs on SNF
McMillan caught 14 of 16 targets for 192 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 32-26 win over the Lions.
McMillan got open at will against Detroit's struggling secondary, setting career highs in catches, receiving yards and targets while posting his third multi-touchdown performance through 21 regular-season games. The 2025 first-round pick caught a 32-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter and a 10-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter. McMillan entered play Sunday with 23 targets through three games compared to 22 targets for fellow starting wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps), who was inactive against the Lions. Coker will have an extra week to heal up during Carolina's Week 5 bye before possibly rejoining McMillan in Week 6 against the Eagles.

Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Eight catches in Week 4 loss
St. Brown secured eight of 11 targets for 75 yards in the Lions' 32-26 loss to the Panthers on Sunday night.
St. Brown was essentially as busy as usual in the air attack, although he was in the relatively rare position of finishing second in targets, and to tight end Sam LaPorta at that. Nevertheless, the star wideout tied with LaPorta for the team lead in receptions, and St. Brown's yardage tally was his second-highest figure through the first four games. Despite the disappointing team-level outcome, St. Brown's fantasy outlook is as bright as customary headed into a favorable Week 5 road matchup against the Cardinals next Sunday.

Courtland Sutton WR | DEN
Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Four yards on six targets in loss
Sutton caught just one of six targets for four yards in Sunday's 24-14 loss to the 49ers.
Sutton has been wholly unproductive to begin the season, producing just nine catches for 86 scoreless yards on 21 targets through four games. His 0.69 yards per route run is easily a low point for his career. Turning 31 years old this week, it's fair to wonder how much Sutton has left in the tank and if his best days are now behind him. He's not a usable fantasy player right now, playing in a low-scoring offense that likes to spread the ball around to multiple different players.

Eddy Pineiro K | SF
49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Imperfect in victory
Pineiro went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his PATs during Sunday's 24-14 win over Denver.
Pineiro made his first field-goal try of the day in the second quarter, converting a 24-yard chip shot. The kicker later had a 54-yard attempt blocked by the Broncos, tagging him with his second missed field-goal attempt of the year. Pineiro has now gone 4-for-6 on field-goal tries, including 2-for-4 from 50-plus yards, while also converting 14 of 16 extra-point attempts over four contests so far in 2026.

Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET
Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Surprisingly stymied by Panthers
Gibbs rushed 15 times for 46 yards and a touchdown and brought in four of seven targets for 31 yards in the Lions' 32-26 loss to the Panthers on Sunday night.
Gibbs' season-low rushing yardage total was particularly surprising considering no team had allowed more rushing yards to running backs than Carolina coming into Week 4. Gibbs also wasn't able to make up for the lack of rushing production with his work as a pass catcher, but he at least added his fifth rushing touchdown of the season on a one-yard run late in the first half. Gibbs and the Lions will look to bounce back in a Week 5 road matchup against the Cardinals next Sunday.

Patrick Surtain II CB | DEN
Broncos' Patrick Surtain: Likely avoided serious injury
Surtain (ankle) is believed to have avoided a serious injury after exiting Sunday's game against the 49ers, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.
Surtain will undergo further testing to determine the extent of his injury, but his Achilles is intact, according to Pelissero. The star cornerback was injured on a non-contact play in the first half and headed to the locker room. With Riley Moss (ribs) also dinged up against San Francisco, Jahdae Barron, Kris Abrams-Draine and Ja'Quan McMillian closed out the game at cornerback for Denver.
-
Jason Sanders K | NYJ
Jets' Jason Sanders: Misses extra-point attempt in loss
Sanders made both of his field-goal tries and went 1-for-2 on PATs during Sunday's 23-12 loss to the Bears.
Sanders made field goals from 36 and 30 yards in the contest, notching his second game with multiple field-goal makes this season. The kicker did miss an extra-point try in the fourth quarter, and he has now gone 7-for-8 on field-goal attempts and 5-for-6 on PATs over four contest during the 2026 campaign.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Makes only FGA in win
Butker converted his only field-goal attempt and all three of his PATs during Sunday's 30-27 win over the Raiders.
Butker made a 28-yard field-goal try in the second quarter, but he was limited to just one field-goal make for the third time over four contests this season. The kicker has gone 7-for-9 on field-goal attempts, including 0-for-2 from 50-plus yards, to this point in the 2026 campaign.
