Hjalte Froholdt G | ARI
Cardinals' Hjalte Froholdt: Limited to open Week 17 prep
Froholdt (elbow) was a limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Froholdt sustained a left elbow injury during the Cardinals' Week 16 loss to the Falcons. He was cleared to return to that game, and while his practice reps were limited to open Week 17 prep, he would avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals if he were to log a full practice by Friday.

Paris Johnson Jr. OT | ARI
Cardinals' Paris Johnson: Doesn't practice in Wednesday's walkthrough
Johnson (knee) did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Johnson has missed the Cardinals' last two games due to an ankle injury. He hasn't been able to practice since sustaining the injury, and he would be a long shot to play against the Bengals on Sunday unless he returns to practice by Friday. Josh Fryar should remain the starter at left tackle for as long as Johnson is sidelined.

The Vikings placed Kelly (concussion) on injured reserve Wednesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

Broncos' Karene Reid: Unavailable for Week 17
Reid (hamstring) has been ruled out for Thursday night's matchup with the Chiefs.

Ruiz (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Ruiz was unable to play against the Jets in Week 16 due to an ankle injury. He'll have two more chances to practice and give himself an opportunity to play against the Titans on Sunday. William Sherman started at right guard in Week 16 and would likely reprise that role if Ruiz is not cleared to play Week 17.

Giants' Jon Runyan: Returns to practice Wednesday
Runyan (personal) was a full participant in the Giants' practice Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Runyan is back with the team after missing the Week 16 loss to the Vikings due to personal reasons. The 28-year-old should resume his role as the team's starting left guard during Sunday's matchup against the Raiders.

Lions' Giovanni Manu: Won't return Week 17
Manu (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Vikings.
