  • Titans' Garrett Dellinger: Active in Week 4

Dellinger (illness) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Dellinger was listed as questionable for Sunday's game after appearing on the injury report late in the week. He is expected to act as a depth piece behind Atonio Mafi.

  • Jaguars' Christian Braswell: Won't play Week 4

Braswell (knee) is inactive against the Bengals on Sunday.

Braswell will miss his first game of the season due to a knee injury, and his next chance to play is Week 5 against the Eagles on Sunday, Oct. 11. With Montaric Brown (hamstring) inactive, Jarrian Jones will likely start opposite Travis Hunter at outside cornerback.

  • Swayze Bozeman LB | CIN

Bengals' Swayze Bozeman: Out Week 4 due to groin injury

Bozeman (groin) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville.

Bozeman was a limited practice participant Thursday and didn't practice Friday, leading to a designation of questionable entering the weekend. He's now slated to miss at least Week 4. Bozeman has been a core special-teamer for the Bengals this season but has yet to log a defensive snap.

  • Ronnie Stanley OT | BAL

Ravens' Ronnie Stanley: Good to go against Tennessee

Stanley (toe) is active against the Titans on Sunday.

Stanley was managing a toe injury during Week 4 prep, but the veteran offensive lineman has been officially cleared to play Sunday. He'll reclaim his starting spot at left tackle from Carson Vinson.

  • Craig Woodson SAF | NE

Patriots' Craig Woodson: Cleared to play in Week 4

Woodson (shoulder) is active against Buffalo on Sunday.

Woodson has been officially cleared to return from a one-game absence due to a shoulder injury, and his return means Jaylen Reed will revert to a rotational role in the secondary. Woodson ha 12 tackles (nine solo) and one pass defense across two regular-season games.

  • Giants' Ar'Darius Washington: Healthy scratch for Week 4

Washington (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest versus the Cardinals, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Washington started last Sunday against Tennessee but logged a modest 27 percent defensive snap share. His opportunity in that game was due to Tyler Nubin being inactive because of a calf injury, but with Nubin back for Week 4, Washington's services aren't needed.

  • Bills' Davison Igbinosun: Set to start in Week 4

Igbinosun is expected to start in Sunday's game against the Patriots, Chris Brown of the Bills Radio Network reports.

Igbinosun will get the start for the Bills on Sunday with Christian Benford out with a toe injury. In 30 snaps on defense in Week 3, the 22-year-old recorded six tackles (three solo). He will play opposite Maxwell Hairston and Dee Alford.

  • Ty Simpson QB | LAR

Rams' Ty Simpson: Will be emergency QB again Week 4

Simpson is inactive and serving as the Rams' emergency third quarterback Sunday versus the Eagles.

Simpson has now been inactive as Los Angeles' emergency third QB each of the first four weeks to begin the campaign. He'll be eligible to enter Sunday's contest only if both Matthew Stafford and Stetson Bennett become unavailable due to injury, illness or ejection.

  • Marcus Mariota QB | WAS

Commanders' Marcus Mariota: Aggravates MCL injury in Week 4

Mariota (knee), who was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Colts in London, is set to undergo further tests after suffering an aggravation of the right MCL sprain he initially sustained in the Commanders' second preseason game, Molly McGrath reported on the NFL Network broadcast.

Mariota ultimately moved past the injury ahead of the start of the regular season, but he'll most likely have to miss time after experiencing another setback in Week 4. The 32-year-old made a second straight start in place of the injured Jayden Daniels (elbow), completing three of four pass attempts for 46 yards and carrying once for 35 yards before leaving the game midway through the first quarter. Athan Kaliakmanis took over under center following Mariota's departure, but Kaliakmanis could move back to the No. 2 role if Mariota ends up being sidelined for the Commanders' Week 5 game against the Giants. Daniels was a limited participant in practice throughout Week 4 and may be ready to take back starting duties in Week 5 if he isn't hindered by his dislocated left elbow.

  • Tyler Owens DB | WAS

Commanders' Tyler Owens: Leaves game with hamstring injury

Owens (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts.

Owens tweaked his hamstring during the second half of Sunday's game in London, and he's being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return. Percy Butler and Quan Martin are the only healthy safeties left for the Commanders due to the absences of Owens, Jeremy Reaves (finger, questionable) and Nick Cross (illness, inactive).
