Overshown (lower body) was a limited participant during the Cowboys' training camp practice Thursday, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Overshown's injuries aren't believed to be a major issue, and he's evidently taking steps towards getting back up to full speed. He missed the first nine games of the 2025 season recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in December of 2024, but barring any setbacks, there appears to be a good chance he'll be ready to go for Week 1 of the 2026 campaign.

The Buccaneers have "no plans" to trade Vea (back), Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

While the Buccaneers appear intent on holding on to Vea, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reporting that the defensive tackle's camp sees no end to the current stalemate other than a trade. With both Vea heading into a contract year, the star defensive tackle could be set to "hold in" for a longer period than either party is comfortable with.

GM Brian Gutekunst said Thursday that the Packers continue to be "pretty cautious" with Lloyd in the early stages of training camp, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

A 2024 third-round pick, Lloyd has made only one appearance as a pro due to a cascade of health concerns through his first two seasons. Despite entering training camp at full health, as coach Matt LaFleur told Ryan Wood of USA Today last Wednesday, Lloyd so far has displayed his speed and explosiveness, including running a seam route 25 yards downfield earlier this week. With Emanuel Wilson moving on in free agency in the offseason, Lloyd's main competition for the No. 2 RB job behind starter Josh Jacobs (groin) is Chris Brooks, who currently resides on the active/non-football injury list due to a hamstring issue.

Mason was waived by the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official website reports.

Mason signed with Seattle as an undrafted free agent May 1, but he will now be placed on waivers. The tight completed his collegiate career with a senior campaign with Wisconsin in 2025, reeling in 30 of 53 targets for 398 yards and four touchdowns. If Mason goes unclaimed on waivers, there's a chance that he sticks around with the Seahawks as a member of the team's practice squad.

Moore (groin) did not participate during the Cowboys' training camp practice Thursday, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.

It's not clear when Moore picked up the injury, and there's no timeline for his return at this point. Until he's back to full strength, Josh Butler and 2024 fifth-rounder Caelen Carson are candidates to see an increase in reps on the boundary at practice.

McMillan (knee) did not participate at the Buccaneers' practice Thursday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

McMillan has been sidelined all week after suffering a knee injury at some point prior to Monday's practice. The wide receiver has been wearing a compression sleeve on his left leg, and at this point, the team hasn't expressed a significant level of concern about the injury. McMillan will be battling with rookie Ted Hurst and second-year wideout Tez Johnson (groin) for targets behind expected leaders Chris Godwin and Emeka Egbuka in the wide receiver room this season.

The 49ers waived Dowell on Thursday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Dowell signed a reserve/future deal with the 49ers in January, making it through a week of training camp before being waived. The 2023 Titans seventh-round pick was waived so the 49ers could sign offensive lineman Kion Smith in a corresponding move after injuries sustained by Vederian Lowe (ankle), Carver Willis (concussion) and Nick Zakelj (upper body). If Dowell clears waivers, he will become a free agent able to sign with any team.

Miller (back) did not participate at the Saints' training camp practice Thursday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Miller was able to log a limited session Wednesday, but he took a step back Thursday, ultimately spending the day on the sidelines as he continues to nurse a back injury. Head coach Kellen Moore described the running back as "day-to-day" ahead of Friday's practice session.

Nabers (knee) participated in team drills at Thursday's practice, Patricia Traina of SI.com reports.

This news needs to be taken with a grain of salt considering it was more of a walkthrough than a full-fledged practice, but Nabers continues to make progress in the later stages of his rehab from last season's ACL and meniscus tears in his right knee that he suffered Week 4. It remains to be seen if the Giants will clear him for preseason action, but he does seem to be on pace for a return early in the 2026 campaign, perhaps as early as Week 1 against the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.

Greenlaw (undisclosed) was a participant in Thursday's training camp session, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Greenlaw missed Wednesday's session with an undisclosed issue, but he's promptly returned to the field. The veteran linebacker returned to the 49ers, with whom he spent the first six seasons of his career, this offseason on a one-year deal after a one-year, injury-shortened stint with the Broncos, and he's expected to start at left outside linebacker in 2026.
