Milroe is active and operating as the Seahawks' primary backup quarterback for Sunday night's matchup with Kansas City.

Milroe will be active for the first time since Week 2 as Drew Lock (elbow) will serve as the team's emergency third quarterback in Week 7. The 23-year-old has yet to appear in a regular-season contest this year, and he will only do so if Sam Darnold is forced out of Sunday night's contest.

Penix completed 25 of 34 passes for 213 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions and added five carries for minus-1 yard in the Falcons' 29-20 win over the 49ers on Sunday. He also recovered a fumble.

Penix put together a solid, mistake-free effort that saw him toss a trio of touchdown passes for the second straight games. The 2024 first-round pick connected with Nick Muse (one yard), Kyle Pitts (five yards) and Drake London (21 yards) for his trio of scoring strikes, the latter two coming in the second half. Penix also completed over 71.0 percent of his passes for the third time in five games this season, and he'll take a pristine 9:1 TD:INT and 1,157 passing yards into a Week 8 road matchup against the Buccaneers next Sunday.

Lock (elbow) is inactive but serving as the Seahawks' emergency third quarterback for Sunday night's contest against the Chiefs, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

Lock was limited at practice throughout the entire week with a right elbow injury, and he will now likely have the opportunity to have a night off Sunday. Lock will only be eligible to enter the game if both starter Sam Darnold and primary backup Jalen Milroe are unable to continue.

Kittle brought in eight of 10 targets for 88 yards and lost a fumble in the 49ers' 29-20 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.

Kittle lead the 49ers across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets on an afternoon in which the 49ers were down Mike Evans (Achilles) and Deebo Samuel (hamstring), and in which Christian McCaffrey missed the entire second quarter due to a quadriceps injury. All three components of the veteran tight end's receiving line were also season-best figures, but Kittle's lost fumble at the Falcons' 19-yard line with 57 seconds remaining following a 22-yard catch snuffed out any hope of a comeback for the Niners. Despite the unsavory conclusion to Sunday's game, Kittle will remain a key target for Brock Purdy in a Week 9 home matchup against the Raiders on Sunday, Nov. 8 following a Week 8 bye.

Sanders went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made both of his extra-point attempts during Sunday's 28-25 loss to Miami.

Sanders hit the right upright on his first field-goal attempt of the day in the third quarter, missing his first kick since Week 1. The kicker later added a 33-yard make in the fourth quarter, but his earlier miss would prove to be the difference in the loss. Sanders has now gone 13-for-15 on field-goal tries, including 3-for-4 from 50-plus yards, over the first seven games of the 2026 season.

Huntley completed 23 of 34 passes for 298 yards with a touchdown and an interception while adding three rushes for 12 yards in the Ravens' 35-13 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.

Huntley had the Ravens seemingly in control through two quarters, when he helped stake Baltimore to a 13-0 halftime lead by tossing a 48-yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers in the first quarter. The veteran signal-caller couldn't lead his squad to any second-half points, however, but because Huntley had to continue throwing as Cincinnati built its lead, he finished with a career-high single-game yardage total. Huntley has put together a 4:1 TD:INT over three starts in Lamar Jackson's (ankle) stead, but it's likely the latter will be able to suit up in next Sunday's Week 8 road showdown against the Bills.

McPherson did not attempt a field goal and he made all five of his PATs in Sunday's 35-13 win over Baltimore.

McPherson and the rest of the Bengals were blanked before halftime, but the kicker was able to finish off five touchdown drives in the second half. McPherson has now attempted one or zero field goals in three straight games after opening the season with multiple field-goal makes in each of the team's first three contests.

Watson completed 25 of 36 passes for 308 yards with an interception in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Titans. He added 19 yards and a touchdown on three carries.

While he didn't throw a TD pass for a second straight game, Watson produced a season high in passing yards and scored his first rushing TD since Week 2 of the 2024 season on a nine-yard scamper in the fourth quarter. Watson also led his fifth game-winning, fourth-quarter drive of the year, completing another comeback after the Browns fell behind 14-0 early. The veteran QB will take a 7:3 TD:INT through seven games into a Week 8 meeting with the Steelers.

Hubbard rushed seven times for 33 yards and brought in four of five targets for 27 yards in the Panthers' 43-13 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Hubbard did well with the scant opportunities he received, but his touches were limited in a game that was already out of reach by halftime. The veteran back's rush attempts and rushing yardage were both season lows, and the downturn came on the heels of back-to-back 120-plus-yard efforts for Hubbard on the ground. The 2021 fourth-round pick won't have to wait long to atone for Sunday's quiet game, as the Panthers face off with the Packers on Thursday in a Week 8 road matchup.

Slye made his only field-goal attempt while going 3-for-3 on extra-point tries during Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.

Slye made the most of his only field-goal try in Week 7, splitting the uprights on a 29-yarder in the fourth quarter. The kicker has now converted one or zero field-goal attempts in five of seven contests to open the 2026 campaign, and he'll continue to be an unpredictable fantasy option moving forward.
