Jack Bech WR | LV
Raiders' Jack Bech: IR stint expected
Bech suffered a broken forearm in Sunday's game against the Saints and is expected to go on injured reserve, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Bech's broken forearm isn't expected to be season-ending, but the wide receiver will face an absence of at least four weeks if he's placed on injured reserve, which would require an official transaction from the Raiders. He didn't record a catch Sunday prior to being ruled out against the Saints.

Sam LaPorta TE | DET
Lions' Sam LaPorta: Three grabs in Week 3 win
LaPorta caught three of four targets for 44 yards in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Jets.
The fourth-year tight end had his quietest game of the season, as five different Lions saw at least three targets from Jared Goff on the afternoon. LaPorta has been a complementary piece of an offense dominated by Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown in the early going, producing a 14-144-1 line on 19 targets through three contests. LaPorta will look to step up his numbers in Week 4 on the road against the Panthers.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Inactive in Week 3, as expected
Nacua (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game in Denver, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Nacua has been listed as a non-participant on each of the Rams' last five injury reports as he deals with a hip injury that head coach Sean McVay has termed "soreness in his groin" that's unrelated to the psoas discomfort that he dealt with in training camp. McVay told Barshop on Friday that if Nacua doesn't suit up Sunday, he likely will be back in action Week 4 at Philadelphia. While Nacua misses a second consecutive contest, fellow WR Davante Adams again will have unfettered access to targets from QB Matthew Stafford, with Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield and Xavier Smith the others available at the position.

Travis Etienne RB | NO
Saints' Travis Etienne: Has hamstring injury
Etienne (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Etienne went to the locker room in the second half due to an injury, and the reason for his exit has now been revealed. This injury could be an aggravation of the hamstring injury that bothered Etienne in practice leading up to the game. Alvin Kamara, CJ Donaldson and Kendre Miller are the available options in the backfield for New Orleans while Etienne is unavailable.

DJ Moore WR | BUF
Bills' DJ Moore: Paces pass catchers in return
Moore brought in six of 10 targets for 67 yards in the Bills' 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.
Making his return from an early Week 2 exit due to a shoulder injury, Moore jumped right back into the swing of things by leading the Bills in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The veteran wideout has made an impact in both of his non-injury-shortened games with Josh Allen, producing an 11-167-1 line on 18 targets. Moore figures to continue commanding the majority of Allen's attention in a Week 4 home matchup against the Patriots next Sunday.
-
Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Quiet again in Sunday's win
Williams caught all four of his targets for 49 yards in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Jets.
The fifth-year wideout has watched Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown dominate the Lions' offense to begin the season, as that duo has combined for 11 total touchdowns -- including four in Sunday's win -- while Williams is still looking to make his first trip to the end zone in 2026. Williams will take a 10-137-0 line on 17 targets into a Week 4 tilt on the road against the Panthers.

Carl Granderson DE | NO
Saints' Carl Granderson: Returns to action
Granderson (ankle) has returned to Sunday's contest against the Raiders, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.
Granderson was briefly sidelined with an ankle injury that he suffered in the third quarter, but he has now returned to action. The 29-year-old is back in his starting role as a weakside linebacker for New Orleans.

Dre Greenlaw LB | SF
49ers' Dre Greenlaw: Nursing quad injury
Greenlaw (quadriceps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Greenlaw sustained the injury early in the fourth quarter, and he's been off the field being monitored by training staff since his exit. Garrett Wallow is in the game at weakside linebacker in Greenlaw's absence.
-
Ladd McConkey WR | LAC
Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Four catches in Week 3 loss
McConkey secured four of five targets for 66 yards in the Chargers' 24-16 loss to the Bills on Sunday.
Justin Herbert's top target turned in a solid stat line in the Chargers' third straight loss to open the season, but it still wasn't enough to net Los Angeles its first win. McConkey finished second in receptions and receiving yards while slotting in third in targets on the afternoon for the Bolts, but through three contests, he sports a modest 12-183-1 line on 15 targets. It doesn't get any easier for the Chargers in Week 4, as they pay a visit to the defending champion Seahawks next Sunday afternoon.

Renardo Green CB | SF
49ers' Renardo Green: Clears concussion check
Green (head) has returned to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Green was being evaluated by medical staff for a possible concussion after taking a hit to the head. He has been cleared by trainers to return and is back on the field for the fourth quarter.
