Bagent (concussion) cleared the NFL's concussion protocol Sunday and doesn't have a designation for Monday's game against the Eagles.

With Caleb Williams already ruled out for Week 3 due to a hamstring injury and facing a lengthier absence than that, Chicago now has a decision to make between Bagent and 38-year-old Case Keenum as to who will start Monday. Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports that the team has yet to make a call between the two, but Bagent's ability to clear the protocol for head injuries gives him a chance to be under center this week, even if Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported on "Fox NFL Sunday" that he will be the backup.

Jackson is being evaluated for a head injury and is questionable to return.

Jackson has been taken to the locker room to be evaluated by medical staff after initially being looked at in the blue medical tent. Rodney Shelley is in line for more work on defense for as long as Jackson is out of the game.

Emmanwori is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Commanders due to a hamstring injury, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Emmanwori was expected to work in a larger role Sunday after having his snaps limited in Week 2 against the Cardinals in his first game back from offseason ankle injury. He's now working through a new issue, and while he's being evaluated by medical staff, the Seahawks will need to turn to the likes of Julian Neal, Maxen Hook and Nehemiah Pritchett to step into larger roles in the secondary, given that Ty Okada (hamstring) and Julian Love (calf) are both inactive.

Lewis (elbow) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Cleveland, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Lewis has a history of elbow injuries, though it's unknown if Sunday's issue is anything new. For now, he is considered questionable to return to the Week 3 meeting with the Browns.

Van Roten (thigh) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Walter Rouse has taken over at right guard with Van Roten -- who was in for the injured Mike Onwenu (ankle, IR) -- being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game.

Al-Shaair (groin) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Barmore (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Jacksonville.

Jackson (groin) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Browns, Kassidy Hill of the Panthers' official site reports.

Jackson sustained the injury in the first quarter, and he will be on the sidelines for the rest of Sunday's game after being evaluated by medical staff. Rookie fourth-rounder Will Lee will see more work at outside corner in Jackson's absence.

Stiggers (hand) returned to Sunday's game versus the Lions, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

Stiggers exited the contest after suffering a hand injury early in the first quarter. However, it appears the injury wasn't anything serious, though his return mostly impacts the special-teams unit while adding depth to the secondary.

Young (knee) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Young was serving as the Bengals' WR3 due to the absence of Andrei Iosivas (thumb, IR), but the former injured his left knee while hauling in a two-yard pass from Joe Burrow. Dohnte Meyers and Ke'Shawn Williams are both in line for more work on offense in Young's absence.
