Schooler will be able to take part in meetings while he deals with the undisclosed issue, but will not be able to practice until he is removed from the injury list. The safety can begin practicing as soon as he has been deemed capable by training staff.

Schooler, who played exclusively on special teams last season, missed the final game of the 2022 season with a hip injury. He appears to be past that injury, as he was seen practicing with other Patriots special teamers, namely Matthew Slater and Mack Wilson.
