Flott (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Flott has been cleared to return from a one-game absence due to a quadriceps injury that he sustained in practice during Week 2 prep. He'll start at outside cornerback opposite Alontae Taylor, with Micah Robinson serving in a depth role.

Conklin (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets.

Conklin has been used sparingly through the first two games of the regular season, and the veteran tight end will be a healthy scratch Sunday against the team he played for from 2022 to 2024. Brock Wright and Jackson Meeks will provide depth at the position behind Sam LaPorta, and Conklin's next opportunity to play is Week 4 against the Panthers on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Schultz is in line to see an increase in targets for the second consecutive game in Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Colts due to Nico Collins (hamstring) being ruled inactive for the contest.

The veteran tight end recorded a career-high 140 receiving yards on 12 receptions (14 targets) in the Week 2 loss to the Bengals, a game that marked Collins' first absence of the season. The fact the Texans were in catch-up mode and the Bengals' defense tends to funnel production to tight ends were both mitigating factors in Schultz's atypical numbers, but Collins' second consecutive absence does create the opportunity for another busy afternoon as Houston aims to secure its first win. Additionally, the Colts have been fairly generous to tight ends over the first two games of the season, surrendering a 75.0 percent catch rate, 11.1 yards per reception and tying for the third-most receptions (15) given up to the position among teams that have played two games thus far.

Howard (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the emergency third quarterback against the Bengals on Sunday.

As the emergency third quarterback, Howard is not allowed to play Sunday unless both Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph were to be removed from the game due to injury, illness or ejection. Rookie third-round quarterback Drew Allar (coach's decision) will be a healthy scratch for a third consecutive week.

Dean (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against Cincinnati.

Dean was working through an ankle issue during Week 3 prep and drew the questionable tag after logging back-to-back limited practices Thursday and Friday. He's been cleared by medical staff to play Sunday and will start opposite Asante Samuel at outside cornerback. Dean has eight tackles (five solo) through the first two games of the regular season.

Porter (conditioning) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Porter had the conditioning label next to his questionable tag for Sunday's AFC North tilt after being limited in practice all week, but he won't make his 2026 regular-season debut Sunday. Asante Samuel will continue to start opposite Jamel Dean at outside cornerback in Porter's absence. Porter's next opportunity to play is Thursday against the Browns.

Boutte is expected to remain in the No. 2 receiver role for Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Colts due to Nico Collins (hamstring) being ruled inactive for the contest.

While filling the same role in the Week 2 loss to the Bengals, Boutte logged a modest five targets on 47 routes run, emerging from the contest with a 3-37-0 line. The veteran pass catcher will draw a potentially more favorable matchup Sunday as the Texans aim for their first win of the season, as the Colts have surrendered an elevated 72.7 percent catch rate and 17.9 yards per reception to wide receivers.

Heidenreich (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

It looked like the rookie seventh-rounder was in line for a slightly larger role Sunday after Rico Dowdle (toe) was ruled out. However, Heidenreich will be a healthy scratch for the first time this season, with Travis Homer and Lew Nichols providing depth in the backfield for Jaylen Warren while fellow rookie Kaden Wetjen operates as the primary returner on kickoffs. Heidenreich's next chance to play is Thursday against the Browns.

Bell (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

With Keon Coleman (ankle) and DJ Moore (shoulder) at risk of missing this contest, there was a chance Bell would be needed to suit up Sunday. However, Coleman and Moore are good to go, meaning Bell's next chance to get on the field will come in Week 4 for the AFC East clash with the Patriots.

Hutchinson is in line to serve as the Texans' No. 1 receiver for the second consecutive game in Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Colts due to Nico Collins (hamstring) being ruled inactive for the contest.

Hutchinson was in the same slotting for the Week 2 loss to the Bengals, a game in which he saw nine targets on 51 routes run but only converted three into catches. Hutchinson ostensibly has a more palatable matchup Sunday, as the Colts have surrendered an elevated 72.7 percent catch rate and 17.9 yards per reception to wide receivers, along with three touchdowns, over the first two games.
