  • Haggai Ndubuisi: Reaches injury settlement

The Buccaneers waived Ndubuisi (undisclosed) from the reserve/PUP list Friday with an injury designation, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Ndubuisi was initially set to miss the entire 2026 season after going on the reserve/PUP list. However, the injury settlement means he will have the opportunity to sign with a team for the upcoming campaign once he's fully recovered from his unspecified injury.

  • Joseph Vaughn LB | SEA

    Joseph Vaughn: Waived/injured by Seattle

The Seahawks waived Vaughn (undisclosed) with an injury designation Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The nature of Vaughn's injury is not clear, but he'll go on waivers and would revert to the Seahawks' injured reserve if not claimed by another team. That would mean Vaughn would have to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Seattle.

  • William Bradley-King: Reaches injury settlement with SF

Bradley-King (undisclosed) was waived from the 49ers' injured reserve Friday after the two sides reached an injury settlement, Josh Dubow of The Associated Press reports.

The agreement allows Bradley-King to sign with a team once he's fully recovered from his unspecified injury. The Baylor product has appeared in only four regular-season games since being selected by the Commanders in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft, with his last appearance being in 2022.

  • Keeshawn Silver: Waived/injured by NOLA

The Saints waived Silver (undisclosed) with an injury designation Friday.

It's unclear whether the current injury is related to the one that caused Silver to open training camp on the PUP list before being activated Wednesday. He'll go on waivers, and if unclaimed, then Silver would revert to the Saints' injured reserve. That would force the USC product to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Saints.

  • Shad Banks Jr. LB | TEN

Titans' Shad Banks: Reverts to injured reserve

Banks (undisclosed) reverted to the Titans' injured reserve Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The move to IR is a result of Banks clearing through waivers after being let go by the Titans on Thursday with an injury designation. He'll be forced to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Tennessee.

  • Jarrick Bernard-Converse: Waived/injured by NYG

The Giants waived/injured Bernard-Converse (knee) on Friday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

Bernard-Converse has not participated in recent training camp practices while tending to a knee issue. He would revert to the Giants' injured reserve if he isn't claimed off waivers by another team, which would force Bernard-Converse to sit out for the entire 2026 season unless an injury settlement is reached with New York.

  • Jaden Robinson CB | DEN

Jaden Robinson: Let go with injury designation

The Broncos waived Robinson (undisclosed) with an injury designation Friday, per the NFL's transaction report.

If Robinson clears waivers, then he would revert to the Broncos' injured reserve and be required to miss the entire 2026 season unless an injury settlement is reached with Denver. He has yet to appear in a regular-season game since signing with the Broncos in May of 2025 as an undrafted free agent.

  • Giants' Lucas Patrick: Nursing knee injury

Patrick sustained a knee injury during Friday's training camp practice, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Patrick will have his knee injury tested by medical staff over the coming days. Those results will determine when he can return to practice and his chances of playing in Saturday's preseason opener against the Vikings on Saturday, Aug. 15. Patrick entered training camp looking to solidify his spot as the Giants' backup center behind John Michael Schmitz.

  • Trey Smith G | KC

Chiefs' Trey Smith: Dealing with hip injury

Smith did not participate in Friday's training camp practice due to a hip injury, Nate Taylor of ESPN.com reports.

Head coach Andy Reid relayed Friday that he's "not worried" about Smith's availability, so the 2021 sixth-rounder could be back at practice ahead of the Chiefs' preseason opener against the Rams on Saturday, Aug. 15. Smith missed five of 17 regular-season games in 2025 due to back and ankle injuries.

  • Omar Brown DB | MIA

Omar Brown: Let go with injury designation

The Dolphins waived/injured Brown (undisclosed) on Friday.

It's unclear when Brown sustained the injury, nor the nature of the issue. However, if he goes through waivers unclaimed, then he would revert to the Dolphins' injured reserve and be forced to sit for the entire 2026 season unless an injury settlement is reached with Miami.
