Woodson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Woodson was upgraded to a limited participant in Friday's practice after missing the Wednesday and Thursday sessions due to a shoulder injury. The late upgrade in practice participation is a good sign for the starting strong safety, but it remains unclear if one partial practice will be enough to give Woodson the green light to suit up for Sunday's contest.

Gilliam (knee) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Gilliam was limited in all three Week 3 practice sessions. The fullback sustained a knee injury during the Patriots' Week 2 win over the Steelers, but it won't stop the 29-year-old from suiting up for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Gilliam has seen 33 offensive snaps and 26 special-teams snaps through two games in 2026.

Banks (ankle) underwent surgery this week, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

While head coach Kellen Moore indicated that the procedure went well, Banks will remain on injured reserve for the foreseeable future. As a result, Mason Murphy should continue to be more involved.

Jones (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Jones was unable to practice throughout Week 3 due to a shoulder injury he suffered in the Patriots' Week 2 win over the Steelers. The outside linebacker's absence means Gabe Jacas will likely start on the edge opposite Elijah Ponder for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Lopez (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Lopez has been dealing with the groin issue for a few weeks. He didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, and while he was limited during Friday's session, he is still considered questionable to play in Week 3. If Lopez isn't available against the 49ers, Andrew Billings may take on as much work as he can handle.

Raridon (thigh) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Raridon started the week as a limited participant Wednesday before downgrading to a non-participant in the Thursday and Friday practice sessions. The rookie third-rounder has still managed to draw the questionable tag despite consecutive absences, meaning the 22-year-old may have been granted some additional rest in anticipation of Sunday's contest.

Williams (Achilles) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Williams hasn't played yet this season while working his way back from a torn Achilles that he suffered in December of 2025. He was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday. However, the 25-year-old was a full participant Friday. While Williams might be eased back into action for a week or two, he could be in line for as many snaps as he can handle, considering Will Johnson (neck) isn't expected to play again this season.

The Bills signed Dortch from the practice squad to the active roster Friday, Maddy Glabb reports.

Dortch has expended two practice squad elevations for the Bills over two regular-season weeks. The returner has played four offensive snaps and 18 special teams snaps in the two contests, totaling 133 kick return yards and 46 punt return yards. With defensive back Jordan Hancock (hamstring) moving to IR, the team utilized the freshly opened spot to secure its primary returner a spot on the 53-man roster.

Melton (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus San Francisco, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Melton didn't practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday and Friday. He's now considered questionable for the Week 3 meeting with the 49ers. Garrett Williams (Achilles) doesn't hold an injury designation, so his availability will help lessen the blow if Melton can't get on the field.

Taylor-Demerson (back) is listed as out for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Taylor-Demerson didn't practice Wednesday but was limited Thursday, indicating he was making progress toward being available in Week 3. However, he took a step backward by not practicing again Friday, resulting in his second absence of the 2026 campaign. Without Taylor-Demerson in the mix Sunday, Wydett Williams may need to be more involved.
