Byron Murphy CB | MIN
Vikings' Byron Murphy: Snags pick in win
Murphy tallied seven tackles (four solo) and an interception during Sunday's win over the Bears.
Murphy had a strong outing, as he picked off Caleb Williams (hamstring) to force one of the team's two turnovers. Murphy also finished second on the team in tackles, bringing his total on the season 15 (11 solo) across just two games.

Ernest Jones LB | SEA
Seahawks' Ernest Jones: Tallies eight tackles in win
Jones recorded eight tackles (four solo) during Sunday's 31-7 win at Arizona.
One thing limiting Jones' production in Week 2 was the fact that the Cardinals' offense simply couldn't stay on the field - he played 48 defensive snaps Sunday after playing 71 defensive snaps in Week 1. He's still firmly on the IDP radar going into a Week 3 tilt against the Commanders.
-
Jordyn Brooks LB | MIA
Dolphins' Jordyn Brooks: Quiet performance in Week 2
Brooks recorded three total tackles (two solo) during Sunday's 35-13 loss to San Francisco.
Brooks uncharastically quiet, registering his fewest tackles in a game since Week 17 of the 2024 campaign. The linebacker notched a career-high 183 total tackles over 17 regular-season games in 2025, and he'll likely be more busy Week 3 versus the Chiefs.

Roquan Smith ILB | BAL
Ravens' Roquan Smith: Logs eight tackles in Week 2 loss
Smith recorded eight tackles (two solo) during the Ravens' 24-17 loss to the Saints on Sunday.
For a second consecutive week, Smith played every single defensive snap, and he finished second on the Ravens in tackles behind Kyle Hamilton (13). Smith is up to 19 total tackles through two regular-season games and is well on pace to reach the 100-tackle threshold for a fourth consecutive season and the eighth time in his 10-year NFL career. The Ravens' defense will have its hands full in a Week 3 tilt against the Cowboys in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

Blake Cashman LB | MIN
Vikings' Blake Cashman: Leading tackler in win
Cashman logged 10 tackles (six solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Sunday's win over the Bears.
Cashman had a dominant outing during the victory, leading Chicago in tackles while recording one of the team's four sacks. The 30-year-old has gotten off to a strong start this season, racking up 17 tackles (11 solo), including 1.5 sacks, across his first two outings, and he'll look to keep producing in Week 3 versus the Buccaneers.
-
Carson Schwesinger LB | CLE
Browns' Carson Schwesinger: Browns' leading tackler in win
Schwesinger recorded 10 tackles (five solo) during Sunday's 23-19 win at Tampa Bay.
Schwesinger followed up his strong Week 1 performance with a virtual repeat in Week 2, and he has now recorded 10-plus tackles in nine of his last 10 games going back to last season. He's an elite IDP option in most formats going into a Week 3 matchup versus the Panthers.
-
Kaleb Johnson RB | GB
Packers' Kaleb Johnson: Limited by backfield timeshare
Johnson compiled eight carries for 32 yards during Sunday's 20-17 overtime win versus the Jets.
Johnson appeared in 16 of the Packers' 59 offensive snaps against the Jets, ending behind Chris Brooks (27) and tying with starter MarShawn Lloyd (16). However, none of them could get anything going, with all three players combining for 63 yards off 18 attempts. Johnson had plenty of hype entering his rookie season with the Steelers in 2025, though he wasn't very involved. With Josh Jacobs (personal) on the Commissioner's Exempt List, there will be snaps up for grabs. While that could mean more involvement from Johnson moving ahead, it seems as if head coach Matt LaFleur will continue to have all three players split carries, which isn't good news for fantasy managers, especially those looking to fill the void left by Jacobs' absence.
-
Jacob Rodriguez LB | MIA
Dolphins' Jacob Rodriguez: Eight stops in defeat
Rodriguez recorded eight total tackles (three solo) during Sunday's 35-13 loss to the 49ers.
Rodriguez finished second on the team in takedowns behind safety Michael Taaffe (nine). The rookie linebacker has now registered 22 total tackles (eight solo) over the first two games of his NFL career.
-
Jonnu Smith TE | GB
Packers' Jonnu Smith: No targets in overtime win
Smith played 13 of the Packers' 59 snaps during Sunday's 20-17 overtime win against the Jets.
Smith was targeted three times in Green Bay's loss in Week 1, but he saw fewer snaps (13) at tight end in Week 2 than recent trade acquisition Mark Redman (20). Smith is still probably more likely to draw a target on any given snap than the in-line specialist Redman, but the former's snap share will be worth watching in Week 3 versus the Falcons.

Darren Hall CB | WAS
Darren Hall: Tryout with New England
The Patriots hosted Hall (undisclosed) for a tryout Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Hall was let go from the Falcons with an injury settlement Sept. 8. The safety is now healthy and could garner a spot on the Patriots' practice squad as they search for additional depth to offset the absences of Craig Woodson (shoulder) and Dell Pettus (ankle).
