Brock Bowers TE | LV
Raiders' Brock Bowers: Inactive again in Week 2
Bowers (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game at the Chargers.
Bowers underwent a meniscus trim in his left knee on Sept. 8, and while he'll miss the first two games of the campaign as a result, he did practice in a limited capacity Friday, and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Sunday morning that the stud tight end is likely to make his season debut Week 3 in New Orleans. In Bowers' continued absence, though, Michael Mayer will act as the primary TE for the Raiders.

Deane Leonard CB | LAC
Chargers' Deane Leonard: Inactive for Week 2
Leonard (abdomen) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Leonard was ruled out ahead of Week 1 due to his abdominal injury and was unable to recover enough to participate in Week 2. The cornerback practiced in a limited capacity throughout the week but ultimately fell short of suiting up for Sunday's contest.

RJ Harvey RB | DEN
Broncos' RJ Harvey: Inactive in Week 2
Harvey (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Susanna Weir of the Broncos' official site reports.
Harvey opened Week 2 prep as a non-participant on the Broncos' initial injury report due to a hamstring issue, which he followed up with back-to-back limited sessions and a questionable designation entering the weekend. Having said that, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Sunday morning that Harvey was unlikely to play, and that's been confirmed as Denver posted its list of inactives. J.K. Dobbins will pace the backfield Sunday, while rookie Jonah Coleman and Tyler Badie also will be on hand for RB reps.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Checks back into Sunday's game
Barkley (shoulder) returned to Sunday's game against the Titans for the start of the third quarter, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
After suffering a stinger on a carry for no gain on the Eagles' first offensive snap, Barkley sat out the rest of the first half while making trips to the medical tent on the sideline as well as the locker room. The Eagles had listed Barkley as questionable to return, and the running back apparently responded well enough to treatment for the team to send him back on the field to begin the second half.

Ladd McConkey WR | LAC
Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Active for Week 2
McConkey (ribs) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Separate reports leading up to the game indicated that McConkey intended to play, and he will indeed suit up for Week 2. McConkey is apparently playing through a cracked rib and will sport a flak jacket, so while he will be out there, it's unclear if he will fill his usual role.

Samson Ebukam DE | ATL
Falcons' Samson Ebukam: Questionable to return, hamstring issue
Ebukam (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.
Ebukam suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of Sunday's contest. The starting outside linebacker logged two tackles, including 0.5 sacks, before exiting the game.

Claudin Cherelus LB | CAR
Panthers' Claudin Cherelus: Won't return Sunday
Cherelus (shoulder) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Falcons, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Cherelus injured his shoulder in the second quarter of Sunday's game. The injury is severe enough for him to be held out the rest of the way and could impact his availability for the Panthers' Week 3 tilt against the Browns next Sunday. Isaiah Simmons could see a slight bump in defensive snaps in Cherelus' absence.

David Onyemata DT | NYJ
Jets' David Onyemata: Unlikely to return Sunday
Onyemata (groin) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Packers.
It's unclear when Onyemata sustained the injury, but it will likely keep him sidelined for the rest of Sunday's contest. Darrell Jackson should see a slight bump in snaps as the team's rotational defensive tackle in Onyemata's absence.

Dell Pettus SAF | NE
Patriots' Dell Pettus: Questionable to return with ankle injury
Pettus (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Steelers, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Pettus exited the game in the second quarter with an ankle issue. The third-year player out of Troy University did not appear in the box score before leaving the field.

Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Steelers' Rico Dowdle: Uncertain to return Sunday
The Steelers announced that Dowdle is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots due to a toe injury, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.
Dowdle carried four times for 11 yards and reeled in his lone target for a nine-yard reception before exiting in the second quarter after he appeared to suffer the injury while attempting to recover an Aaron Rodgers fumble, per Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. If the injury prevents Dowdle from returning to the contest, the Steelers would likely lean more heavily on Jaylen Warren both in the running game and as a pass catcher.
