  • Haynes King QB | CAR

Panthers' Haynes King: Serving as emergency QB3 vs. Atlanta

King (coach's decision) is inactive but serving as the Panthers' emergency third quarterback Sunday against the Falcons, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

For a second consecutive week, King will be the emergency QB3 while Kenny Pickett backs up Bryce Young. That means King is not allowed to play Sunday unless both Young and Pickett leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

  • Saints' Kendre Miller: Healthy scratch in Week 2

Miller (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday in Baltimore.

Miller served as the No. 2 RB behind Travis Etienne in Week 1 with Alvin Kamara inactive due to a knee issue, but with Kamara back in action Sunday, Miller will be a healthy scratch. That leaves CJ Donaldson as the active third backfield option behind Etienne and Kamara in Week 2. Miller's next chance for game action is next Sunday against the Raiders.

  • Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Healthy scratch for Week 2

Sanders (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Sanders will be a healthy scratch for a second consecutive week, with the Panthers going with four active tight ends in Tommy Tremble, Mitchell Evans, Darren Waller and Feleipe Franks for Sunday's NFC South tilt. Sanders' next chance to play is Week 3 against the Browns on Sept. 27, though there doesn't appear to be a clear path to playing time for the 2024 fourth-rounder at this time.

  • Andrew Mukuba SAF | PHI

Eagles' Andrew Mukuba: Active for Week 2

Mukuba (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Mukuba did not participate in Thursday's practice with a left knee injury. The free safety quickly upgraded to limited participation Friday in anticipation of Sunday's contest. Mukuba is now all set to suit up as a starter in the Eagles' secondary next to strong safety Marcus Epps.

  • Cordale Flott CB | TEN

Titans' Cor'Dale Flott: Sitting out Sunday

Flott (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game versus Philadelphia.

Flott did not practice Friday and was officially listed as questionable for the Week 2 meeting with the Eagles. Now that he has been ruled out, his next opportunity to get back on the field will come in Week 3 versus the Giants. In the meantime, Marcus Harris, Jaylon Jones and Micah Robinson are all in line for added snaps.

  • Packers' Benjamin St-Juste: Won't play Week 2 vs. NYJ

St-Juste (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

St-Juste was a late addition to the Packers' injury report due to a hamstring injury that limited his participation in Friday's practice, He drew the questionable tag for Week 2, but he did not do enough during pregame warmups to get the green light from medical staff to play, and his next chance to suit up is Week 3 against the Falcons on Thursday. St-Juste's absence means another depth player will get increased snaps on special teams while Carrington Valentine and Kamal Hadden serve as the Packers' backup defensive backs behind Brandon Cisse, Javon Bullard and Keisean Nixon.

  • Elijah Moore WR | PHI

Eagles' Elijah Moore: Remains inactive for Week 2

Moore (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.

The veteran wideout will serve as a healthy scratch for the second time in as many games to open the season. Moore appears destined to retain the same status moving forward unless multiple injuries strike at wide receiver for the Eagles.

  • A.J. Terrell CB | ATL

Falcons' A.J. Terrell: Cleared to play Week 2

Terrell (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Terrell saw his practice reps limited by a shoulder issue this past week, but he showed enough during pregame warmups to be given the green light to play in Sunday's NFC South showdown. The veteran defensive back logged five tackles (two solo) and one pass defense during the Falcons' 20-13 Week 1 loss to the Steelers.

  • Cole Payton QB | PHI

Eagles' Cole Payton: Inactive again Sunday

Payton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.

With Jalen Hurts entrenched as the starter, Andy Dalton as the backup and Tanner McKee as the emergency third quarterback, there isn't a role for Payton on the gameday roster. The fifth-round rookie's status will likely remain unchanged unless one of the first three options ahead of him misses time.

  • Jets' Will McDonald: Suiting up Week 2

McDonald (ankle) is active for Sunday's Week 2 matchup against the Packers.

After limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday, McDonald, the only Jet whose status was in question this week, will get clearance to take the field. The one-time first-round pick was on the field for 50.0 percent of the team's snaps in Week 1 against Tennessee and managed to record 1.0 sacks, in addition to putting in some light work on special teams.
