  • Cardinals' Paris Johnson: Not playing Week 15

Johnson (knee) has been ruled out for Arizona's matchup versus the Texans on Sunday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Johnson is considered week-to-week after being diagnosed with a sprained MCL earlier in the week. In his absence, Josh Fryar will likely start at right tackle during Sunday's game. Johnson's next chance to play will be the Week 16 matchup versus the Falcons.

  • Thomas Harper SAF | DET

Lions' Thomas Harper: Logs limited session Wednesday

Harper (concussion) logged a limited practice Wednesday.

Harper suffered a concussion in Detroit's Week 14 win over Dallas, so it's no surprise that he was limited to begin the week. He'll have to work through concussion protocol before being cleared to play Sunday against the Rams, which will likely require at least one full practice session.

  • Kerby Joseph SAF | DET

Lions' Kerby Joseph: Returns to practice

Joseph (knee) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.

Joseph is in an odd position, having been sidelined since Week 7 yet never placed on injured reserve. He failed to practice the last two days before Detroit's Week 14 win over the Cowboys, so his return to practice Wednesday is a positive. Nevertheless, his status for a Week 15 matchup against the Rams remains unclear.

  • Cowboys' Jadeveon Clowney: Still nursing hamstring injury

Clowney (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Clowney was unable to play against the Lions in Week 14 due to a hamstring injury. He's had additional time to recover from the injury, and he would avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings with a full practice over the next two days. The veteran pass rusher has accumulated 27 tackles (15 solo), including 4.0 sacks, three pass defenses and one fumble recovery through nine regular-season games.

  • Cowboys' Shavon Revel: Working through knee injury

Revel (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Revel likely picked up the injury during the Cowboys' Week 14 loss to the Lions, when he played every single defensive snap while logging six tackles (four solo). The rookie third-round cornerback will have two more chances to increase his practice participation and avoid an injury designation against the Vikings on Sunday.

  • Spencer Brown OT | BUF

Bills' Spencer Brown: Limited in practice

Brown (shoulder) was a limited participant in Buffalo's practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the team's official site reports.

Brown returned to practice for the first time since sustaining a shoulder injury during the team's Week 12 loss to the Texans. If the 27-year-old is able to practice Thursday and Friday as well, he should be able to resume his role as the team's starting right tackle during Sunday's matchup versus the Patriots.

  • Texans' Sheldon Rankins: Dealing with elbow injury

Rankins (elbow/shoulder) did not participate at practice Wednesday.

Rankins played an ample 43 defensive snaps in Week 14 at Kansas City, but it looks like he might have also hurt his arm in that contest. He'll likely need to return to practice Thursday or Friday to have any chance of playing Sunday versus the Cardinals.

  • Trevon Diggs CB | GB

Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Limited to open Week 15 prep

Diggs (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Diggs continues to work through a knee injury that has caused him to miss the Cowboys' last seven games. Even if he logs a full practice over the next two days, he would have to be activated from injured reserve in order to play against the Vikings on Sunday.

  • Alex Anzalone MLB | TB

Lions' Alex Anzalone: Sidelined by illness

Anzalone (illness) did not practice Wednesday.

Anzalone has been a key part of the Detroit defense all season, playing nearly 100 percent of snaps. There's currently no indication that the illness will jeopardize his status for a Week 15 matchup against the Rams.

  • Texans' Kamari Lassiter: Nursing foot injury

Lassiter (foot) did not participate at practice Wednesday.

Lassiter tallied his third interception of the season during Sunday's game at Kansas City, but it appears he might have injured his foot along the way as well. If he can't get back on the practice field Thursday or Friday, it's unlikely he would be able to play in Week 15 versus the Cardinals.
