The 34-year-old Gudas is hardly a regular on the scoresheet, but he's had significant struggles on offense in 2024-25. He's now at five helpers, 25 shots on net, 95 hits, 67 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a minus-3 rating over 30 appearances. His ice time is also trending down since the Ducks traded for Jacob Trouba, and Gudas hasn't picked up much extra time since Cam Fowler was dealt to St. Louis.

Gudas has a helper in back-to-back games after going 12 contests without a point to begin the season. He saw a season-high 22:18 of ice time Sunday as Cam Fowler (upper body) remained out of the lineup. Gudas has two assists, 11 shots on net, 10 PIM, 46 hits and 41 blocked shots as a physical force on the Ducks' blue line.

  Gudas notched an assist, three hits, three blocked shots and six PIM in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Wild. Gudas set up Mason McTavish's tally late in the third period. The helper was Gudas' first point of the season. He's added 10 shots on net, 10 PIM, a minus-1 rating, 41 hits and 39 blocked shots over 13 contests. The slow start means Gudas will have a tough time reaching the 20-point mark for the first time since 2018-19, but he should continue to be a steady source of hits and blocks while being a fixture in the Ducks' lineup as the team's captain.
