  Barkov recorded an empty-net goal and delivered two power-play assists in Thursday's 3-0 win over the Blue Jackets. Barkov had a hand in each of the three goals scored by the Panthers in this win. Aside from setting up the team's first two goals on the power play, he delivered the final blow with an empty-netter in the dying moments when the Blue Jackets were all out on the attack looking for a late equalizer. Barkov is having another excellent season and has recorded five multi-point games across his last eight appearances, giving him 11 points (four goals, seven helpers) in that span.

  Barkov scored both of Florida's goals and took four shots on net in Monday's 2-1 win over Tampa Bay. Barkov cashed in both of his goals in the second period. The first of his two tallies was unassisted and the second was on the power play. The 29-year-old center is up to 16 goals, 56 points and 115 shots in 52 appearances this season. While Barkov has been kept off the scoresheet in three of his five appearances since the 4 Nations Face-Off break, the two games he has contributed offensively were multi-point performances. He currently ranks 35th in the league in points despite missing a chunk of time near the start of the season. While Barkov's value in fantasy is impacted by the loss of Matthew Tkachuk (groin), it is encouraging to see Barkov continue to post points in the early stages of Tkachuk's absence. Barkov remains an excellent play in all fantasy formats.

  Barkov had two assists and added two hits in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Predators. Barkov helped out on Sam Bennett's power-play goal early in the first period and Gustav Forsling's even-strength tally in the third. The 29-year-old Barkov saw a six-game point streak end Saturday against the Kraken, but he has multiple points in five of his seven outings in February. For the season, the star center is up to 14 goals, 40 helpers, 107 shots on net, 57 hits, 45 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating across 49 appearances.

  Barkov scored a goal for Finland on Saturday in a 4-3 overtime win over Sweden at the 4 Nations Face-Off in Montreal. Barkov tapped in the game-tying goal on a net-front battle in the second period. The Finnish captain played 19:50 and finished with two shots, two blocked shots and one hit. Barkov had been held off the scoresheet in Finland's first game, but he had come into the tourney on a six-game, 11-point streak (three goals, eight assists).

  Barkov scored a goal and added a power-play assist in a 5-1 win over Ottawa on Saturday. He knocked down Matthew Tkachuk's fluttering point shot in the slot and past Linus Ullmark to put the Panthers up 2-1 at 11:36 of the second frame. Barkov's current point streak now stands at six games and 11 points (three goals, eight assists). During that span, he has five power-play points, including four assists. Barkov is on pace for his 10th straight 20-goal season, and his winning percentage at the dot continues to improve. He won eight-of-14 faceoffs on Saturday and has a career-best 59.4 percent success rate this season.
