Morrissey posted two assists, including one on the power play, in Monday's 5-2 win over the Maple Leafs. Morrissey was the only Jet outside of the team's top forward line to get on the scoresheet in the contest. He helped out on Kyle Connor's first goal and Mark Scheifele's second tally. Morrissey has a goal and 10 assists over 12 contests in December, right in line with his season production of three goals and 30 helpers through 36 appearances. He's one of 12 players and one of three blueliners to reach the 30-assist mark by the holiday break.

Morrissey notched a power-play assist, three shots on goal, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Wild. Morrissey had been held off the scoresheet in the prior two games. Before that, he logged eight points in a seven-game span, which included five power-play assists. The 29-year-old defenseman is up to three goals, 28 helpers, 15 power-play points, 73 shots on net, 54 blocked shots, 26 hits, 18 PIM and a plus-9 rating through 35 outings in his usual roles on the top pairing and first power-play unit.

Morrissey helped fuel the Jets' comeback from an early deficit and extended a point streak to four games. The blueliner has 10 points over the last nine outings and leads Winnipeg with 27 assists (13 on the power play) this season.

Morrissey scored a goal in Thursday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Golden Knights. Morrissey scored his third goal of the season in this loss to the Golden Knights, and the 29-year-old blueliner remains a very productive defenseman across all fantasy formats. He's cracked the scoresheet in six of his last eight appearances, and on the season, he's up to 28 points (three goals, 25 assists) across 31 contests.
