The 28-year-old winger then dropped the puck to Brett Howden on the rush in the second period to give Vegas a 2-0 lead. Barbashev has been streaky to begin the season, but the hot stretches have lasted longer than the cold ones and he's amassed an impressive eight goals and 19 points in 20 contests, putting him on pace to shatter his previous career highs of 26 goals and 60 points -- both set in 2021-22 with the Blues.

Barbashev scored a power-play goal in Monday's 5-2 loss to Carolina. Barbashev cracked the scoresheet for the third game in a row, but this was the first time he scored a goal since his two-goal effort in a 6-4 win over the Senators back on Oct. 25. Even though Barbashev has only one power-play point this season, he's found a way to be a consistent threat on offense for the Golden Knights. He's up to 17 points with a balanced output (eight goals, nine assists) in 15 contests in 2024-25.
