Larkin scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Capitals. Larkin ended a four-game slump with the empty-netter. The 29-year-old is 10 games removed from his last multi-point effort, but the Red Wings are still finding ways to get results even with their captain's scoring pace slipping in December. For the season, Larkin is at 18 goals, 34 points, 110 shots on net, 23 blocked shots, 26 PIM and a plus-6 rating over 36 appearances.

This time, it was through a wrister at the 9:09 mark of the second period. Larkin has 17 goals this season and continued his explosive play of late. He's tallied at least one point in all but one of his last nine outings.

Larkin scored a power-play goal on six shots in Thursday's 6-5 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets. Larkin's point streak is up to six games, consisting of three goals and four assists. He's logged two power-play points in that span -- prior to the streak, he went 12 contests without contributing to the man advantage. The 29-year-old center is up to 15 goals, 31 points, 94 shots on net, 17 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a plus-9 rating through 28 appearances this season.

Larkin registered two assists and went plus-2 in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Bruins. Larkin helped out on goals by Lucas Raymond and Michael Rasmussen in the third period. This was Larkin's first multi-point effort since Nov. 13 versus the Ducks. The center has earned six goals and five helpers over his last 11 contests, going without a point just twice in that span. For the season, he's up to 14 goals, 15 helpers, 85 shots on net, 22 PIM and a plus-10 rating through 26 appearances. He's never had a point-per-game season in the NHL, but he's found another level so far in 2025-26.
