Montour scored a power-play goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Lightning. Montour struck just 4:24 into the game for the opening goal, but the Lightning had a 2-1 lead less than nine minutes later. The goal was Montour's first since he scored in three straight games from Nov. 20-25. The defenseman is up to eight goals, 20 points (five on the power play), 93 shots on net, 40 hits, 34 blocked shots, 24 PIM and a plus-7 rating over 31 appearances this season. Vince Dunn has been on fire since he returned from an upper-body injury, so Montour is likely to remain on the second power-play unit for the time being.

Montour notched a power-play assist, four PIM and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Islanders. Montour has a helper in three straight contests, but this was his first power-play point since Oct. 29. The defenseman has three goals and four assists over his last eight outings. For the season, he continues to offer strong offense with 18 points (four on the power play) while adding 87 shots on net, 38 hits, 29 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a plus-5 rating across 26 appearances.

Montour recorded an assist, seven shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Sharks. Montour helped out on a Jared McCann tally in the third period. In November, Montour posted seven points and 53 shots on net over 14 appearances. The 30-year-old defenseman is up to 16 points, 86 shots on net, 36 hits, 28 blocked shots, 18 PIM and a plus-6 rating through 24 contests overall. He's providing high-end offense and well-rounded production for a blueliner, so he should be in the lineup regularly for most fantasy formats.

Montour scored a goal on three shots in Monday's 3-2 win over the Ducks. Montour has a goal in three straight games for the first time in his career. The 30-year-old defenseman scored just 24 seconds after Andre Burakovsky tied the contest at 1-1 early in the third period, and Montour's tally was the game-winner. He has four points during his current streak, giving him seven goals, 15 points, 69 shots on net, 32 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 21 appearances in his first year with the Kraken. He's in position to challenge for a 60-point campaign, a mark he's reached just once back in 2022-23 with the Panthers when he had 73 points over 80 regular-season outings.

The veteran blueliner spoiled David Rittich's shutout bid with 94 seconds left in the third period, blasting a shot through traffic that the goalie got only a piece of. Montour has found the back of the net in back-to-back games, and he's racked up six goals and 14 points through his first 20 contests with the Kraken.
