He has 32 points, including 13 goals, in 38 games this season, which puts him on pace for 69 points. That's a big jump for Rossi, who put up 40 points in 82 games last season. He is really stepping things up with Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) and Jared Spurgeon (lower body) on the shelf.

He helped out on a Mats Zuccarello goal in Friday's contest. Rossi has done best when he centers the first line this year, and that's where he's been for the majority of this month. The 23-year-old is up to 27 points, 57 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-12 rating through 33 appearances. He is well on his way to surpassing the 40-point effort he put together in 2023-24, which was his first full NHL campaign.

  Rossi scored a power-play goal in Wednesday's 6-1 loss to the Panthers. Rossi found the back of the net in the latter stages of the first period with a backhand, assisted by Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy, to notch his 12th goal of the campaign. The 23-year-old playmaker has been a key component of the Wild's first line, skating alongside Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello, and he's up to 26 points (12 goals, 14 assists) across 32 games in 2024-25.

  Rossi scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 3-0 win over the Canadiens. He also had two shots on net and two PIM. Rossi took advantage of a tired PK unit when he scored with four seconds remaining on a four-minute double minor. The man-advantage marker was his first of the season and gave Minnesota breathing room with 12 minutes left in the third period. Although the Wild had comfortably outplayed Montreal, it was still a 1-0 game and any weird bounce could tie it up. Rossi's up to five goals, nine assists, two power-play points, 32 shots, 10 PIM and is plus-5 through 16 appearances.
