Frost scored a goal Tuesday in a 5-1 loss to Nashville. Frost's power-play goal finally got the Flames on the board at 13:39 of the third period. He wired a one-timer from the slot for his seventh goal of the season. Frost has a goal in every other game over his last seven contests (four goals) and seven points (four goals, three assists) in his last nine.

The 26-year-old hasn't assembled a point streak in November, but he has three goals and three assists over his last seven outings. The goal Friday was also his first power-play point of the month. For the season, the center is at six goals, 14 points, 50 shots on net, 14 PIM, 16 hits, 14 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating through 26 appearances.

The 26-year-old center tied the game at 1-1 in the first period. For the season, he's up to five goals, 13 points, 45 shots on net, 14 hits, 14 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 24 appearances. Frost probably won't score like a typical top-line player, but he should be consistent enough to warrant a look in deeper fantasy formats.

The former Flyer broke open a 2-2 tie early in the third period by tapping home a slick feed from Jonathan Huberdeau. Frost has two multi-point performances in the last three games but only one other point in November, and on the season the 26-year-old center has managed four goals and 12 points in 22 contests.
