  • Wolf posted a 29-save shutout in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators. Wolf earned the first shutout of his career, and he's now won three of his last four starts. The 23-year-old has allowed just seven goals on 120 shots in that span. He improved to 6-2-1 with a 2.53 GAA and a .921 save percentage over nine starts this season. The Flames have pivoted to a win-and-stay-in plan for their goalies outside of back-to-back sets in November, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Wolf start Tuesday versus the Islanders.

  • Flames' Dustin Wolf: Shaky in loss
    By RotoWire

Wolf allowed five goals on 28 shots in Wednesday's 5-1 loss to Utah. Wolf has allowed nine goals on 62 shots over his last two outings, both losses. The 23-year-old started 2024-25 with three straight wins, but it appears things are evening out for the Flames. Wolf is now 3-2-0 with a 3.19 GAA and a .907 save percentage over five starts. If he continues to alternate starts with Dan Vladar, Wolf's next game would be Sunday at home versus the Oilers, sans Connor McDavid (ankle).

  • Wolf stopped 31 of 32 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Blackhawks. Seven of those saves came against Connor Bedard as Wolf was dialed in to earn his second win in as many starts. The Flames' defense has been a bit leaky in Wolf's outings -- he's stopped 68 of 72 shots. The 23-year-old has alternated starts with Dan Vladar, and with the Flames off to a 4-0-0 start, that pattern may continue. The Flames have some extra rest before a one-game road trip to face the Kraken on Saturday.
