Novak (upper body) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Avalanche, Predators Radio Host Max Herz reports. Novak participated in Monday's morning skate but will be unavailable for a fourth consecutive game. However, he seems to be getting closer to returning to game action, and his next opportunity to do so will be Thursday in Edmonton.
