  • Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Tallies in overtime loss

Olivier scored a goal on two shots, doled out five hits and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Flyers.

Olivier opened the scoring at 15:47 of the first period. The 27-year-old has four points over his last nine contests, providing modest depth offense and a physical presence on the third line. For the season, he's at nine goals, 14 points, 42 shots on net, 62 PIM, 123 hits, 38 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 34 games.

  • Travis Konecny RW | PHI

Flyers' Travis Konecny: Three assists in overtime win

Konecny notched three assists in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blue Jackets.

Konecny continues to pile on the points in December -- he has three goals and seven helpers over nine outings this month. He was a big part of the Flyers' four-goal third period, allowing them to erase three deficits before completing the comeback in overtime. Konecny is up to the 40-point mark in just 34 appearances, earning 16 goals, 24 helpers, 87 shots on net, 46 hits, 35 PIM and a minus-2 rating. He's maintained a point-per-game pace in just one of his first eight seasons, but he could fade a little bit and still end up with a career year.

  • Morgan Frost C | CGY

Flyers' Morgan Frost: Provides two goals in comeback win

Frost scored twice, added two PIM and logged two hits in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blue Jackets.

Frost needed a big game given recent criticisms of his play from head coach John Tortorella. His strong performance Saturday led to Frost getting 18:51 of ice time, his highest mark in a game since Oct. 23. The center has five points over his last six outings and a total of six goals, 15 points, 49 shots on net, 12 PIM and a minus-7 rating through 29 appearances this season.

  • Jake Evans C | MON

Canadiens' Jake Evans: Points in three consecutive

Evans had a goal, two shots on net and one block in Saturday's 5-1 win over Detroit.

Montreal's fourth line has been productive in three consecutive wins, and Evans has been a big part of it. Both he and Emil Heineman tallied Saturday, and Evans has points (two goals, two assists) in three consecutive outings.

  • Adam Lowry C | WPG

Jets' Adam Lowry: Puts up helper

Lowry notched an assist, three shots on goal and blocked two shots in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Wild.

Lowry is up to four goals and two assists over 11 appearances in December. That's right in line with his work for the season as a whole -- he's at 21 points, 52 shots on net, 66 hits, 29 blocked shots and a plus-15 rating through 35 appearances. Lowry is on pace to reach the 40-point mark for the first time in his career and remains a steady all-around presence on the Jets' third line.

  • Bo Horvat C | NYI

Islanders' Bo Horvat: Eight points in last seven games

Horvat scored a goal and had two assists in a 6-3 win over Toronto on Saturday.

Horvat has eight points, including four goals, and 19 shots over his last seven games. The Isles have started to warm up with a 5-4-1 run across their last 10, and with Mathew Barzal and Anthony Duclair both back from injury, the team can finally ice a balanced top nine. Horvat will benefit from a decrease in pressure, and that could translate into more offensive production.

  • Jets' Morgan Barron: Deposits goal in win

Barron scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Wild.

This was Barron's first tally against a goalie this season -- his previous two goals were into an empty net against the Panthers on Nov. 19. The Jets have been great in 2024-25, but they've gotten by largely without offense from the fourth line, where Barron has seen virtually all of his ice time. He's at four points, 42 shots on net, 59 hits, 22 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 35 outings overall.

  • Jets' Vladislav Namestnikov: Adds insurance tally

Namestnikov scored a goal, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Wild.

Namestnikov has three goals and an assist over his last six games. The 32-year-old had the last goal in this contest, giving the Jets a little extra breathing room. Namestnikov has had his moments this year, but he's more of a support scorer than a leading man in this offense. He's up to nine goals, 19 points, 39 shots on net, 36 hits, 21 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-11 rating through 35 appearances.

  • Nick Suzuki C | MON

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Two helpers in win

Suzuki had one assist on the power play and a second at even strength in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.

Suzuki was involved in two of Montreal's three first-period goals. The two helpers gave him 201 career assists. This was the second two-assist effort in his last three outings for Suzuki, who is up to 23 assists (10 on the power play) over 33 appearances.

  • Jets' Cole Perfetti: Three points in win

Perfetti scored a goal on two shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Wild.

Perfetti notched his first multi-point effort since a two-goal game in Vegas on Nov. 29. The 22-year-old was involved in the Jets' last three goals Saturday, and he now has six points over his last six outings. For the season, the winger is at seven goals, 23 points (nine on the power play), 65 shots on net and a plus-13 rating through 35 contests in a second-line role.
