  • Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Not playing Tuesday

Granlund (upper body) won't play against Colorado on Tuesday, Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Granlund is feeling better after skating before Tuesday's practice, but he will miss his fourth straight game. He has accounted for 12 goals, 27 points and 78 shots on net through 38 appearances this season.

  • Sam Steel C | DAL

Stars' Sam Steel: Gathers pair of helpers

Steel notched two assists, four shots on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.

Steel has three points over three games since play resumed following the Olympic break. The 28-year-old forward continues to fill a versatile role for the Stars, which has included a bit of extra ice time while the team is short-staffed up front. He's up to 26 points, 69 shots on net, 63 hits, 20 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 60 appearances this season.

  • Ryan Strome C | CGY

Ducks' Ryan Strome: Back at practice

Strome (illness) participated in Tuesday's morning skate, Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Strome was a healthy scratch for four straight games before missing the last two due to an illness. He appears to be available to play, but he is in line to be a scratch against Colorado on Tuesday. Strome has three goals, eight points, 35 shots on net and 16 hits in 32 appearances this season.

  • Stars' Colin Blackwell: Earns two points in blowout win

Blackwell scored a goal on four shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Monday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.

Blackwell ended a 15-game point drought with the effort. He last earned a point Dec. 15 versus the Kings when he logged an assist. Blackwell was scratched 10 times during his slump, but the Stars came out of the Olympic break a bit banged up, so he's played in three straight contests. The 32-year-old forward is at nine points, 41 shots on net, 72 hits, 26 blocked shots, 20 PIM and a minus-3 rating over 49 appearances this season.

  • Maple Leafs' Dakota Joshua: First goal since return

Joshua scored a goal and added three hits in Monday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Flyers.

This was Joshua's first goal and point in three games since he returned from a two-month absence due to a lacerated kidney. The 29-year-old forward is in position to compete for bottom-six minutes moving forward. He's earned 11 points, 34 shots on net, 25 PIM and 136 hits over 39 appearances this season.

  • Flyers' Christian Dvorak: Scores on power play Monday

Dvorak scored a power-play goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Monday's 3-2 shootout win over the Maple Leafs.

Dvorak ended a 10-game goal drought when he tied the game at 1-1 late in the first period. Dvorak is up to 13 goals and 37 points in just 59 outings this season, putting him on pace to reach the 40-point mark for the first time in his career. He'll need a run of consistency to exceed his career high of 18 goals from 2019-20 with the Coyotes. Dvorak is in a position to succeed for the Flyers, serving firmly in a top-line role.

  • Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Tallies in Monday's win

Olivier scored a goal on two shots, added three hits and blocked two shots in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.

Olivier has five goals and two assists over his last eight contests, though this was his first goal since the Olympic break. Expect offense to come in inconsistent bursts for the 29-year-old winger, who doesn't see power-play time. Olivier is at nine goals, 18 points, 63 shots on net, 167 hits, 62 PIM and a plus-9 rating across 46 appearances this season, mainly in a third-line role.

  • Sean Monahan C | CLB

Blue Jackets' Sean Monahan: Buries shorthanded goal

Monahan scored a shorthanded goal on three shots in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.

Monahan picked up his first point in three games since the Olympic break. The 31-year-old center hadn't scored a shorthanded goal since the 2023-24 campaign with the Canadiens, though he had three helpers on the penalty kill last year. Monahan has been limited to 11 goals, 28 points, 92 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 55 appearances this season, cutting his production in half compared to his 57-point effort over 54 outings a year ago.

  • Blue Jackets' Adam Fantilli: Scores again Monday

Fantilli scored a goal on two shots and added an assist in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.

Fantilli's assist was added after a late scoring change, giving him credit for the secondary helper on Kirill Marchenko's goal in overtime. That puts him at 41 points in 59 outings this season, including five over three contests since the Olympic break. Fantilli has taken on a top-line role and looks up to the task as he continues to gain experience in his third NHL campaign. He's added 156 shots on net, 98 hits, 39 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a minus-10 rating this season.

  • Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Pots goal in Monday's loss

Marchessault scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Marchessault's tally at 7:10 of the second period briefly put the Predators ahead 2-1, but that was where their offense stalled out for the game. The 35-year-old winger had been held scoreless for the previous two contests. He's now at 11 goals, 18 points, 95 shots on net, 53 hits, 24 PIM and a minus-18 rating over 41 appearances in a top-six role.
