  • Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Dishes two assists in win

Trocheck registered two assists, three shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.

Trocheck hasn't scored in four games, picking up three assists with a minus-8 rating in that span. The 32-year-old is still firmly in a top-six role, where he's been plenty productive when healthy this season. He's up to 29 points (eight on the power play) with 61 shots on net, 115 hits, 29 blocked shots, 24 PIM and a minus-16 rating over 35 appearances.

  • Peyton Krebs C | BUF

Sabres' Peyton Krebs: Puts away goal Saturday

Krebs scored a goal, blocked two shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Wild.

Krebs has been back in the bottom six for the last three games. He ended an eight-game goal drought Saturday, but the reduced ice time will make it tough for him to continue producing on offense. He's at four goals, 17 points, 53 shots on net, 110 hits, 29 blocked shots and 46 PIM across 47 appearances.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

    Sabres' Josh Norris: Deemed week-to-week

Norris (ribs) is week-to-week, according to Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News on Sunday.

Norris has missed the last two games, and there is no timeline for his return to the lineup. It's unclear if he will be available to play before February's Olympic break. Norris has collected six goals, 17 points, 27 shots on net, 11 blocked shots and six hits while being limited to only 19 appearances this season.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Two-point effort Saturday

Crosby picked up a goal and an assist in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.

The future Hall of Famer continues to fill up the scoresheet in January. Crosby has six multi-point performances through the first nine games this month, collecting five goals and 13 points over that stretch, and he ranks just outside the NHL's top 10 scorers with 53 points (26 goals, 27 assists) in 47 contests on the season.

  • Blue Jackets' Zach Aston-Reese: Pots first goal of season

Aston-Reese scored his first goal of the season in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Penguins.

The veteran grinder opened the scoring early in the first period, taking advantage of a lucky bounce to slide home the puck from the slot after Zach Werenski's point shot was blocked. Aston-Reese had been a healthy scratch the prior four games, but with new coach Rick Bowness wanting to take a full look at his roster, the winger could get some consistent run on the fourth line. On the season, Aston-Reese has five points, 68 hits, 16 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-1 rating in 25 games.

  • Sam Reinhart C | FLA

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Chips in two helpers Saturday

Reinhart distributed two assists and put four shots on net in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Capitals.

Reinhart played a hand in consecutive goals for the Panthers, including Uvis Balinskis' game-winning tally on a second-period power play. Reinhart is up to 23 assists, 47 points, 127 shots on net, 46 hits and 28 blocks through 47 games this season. The pair of points bring the 30-year-old winger back up to a point-per-game pace for a third consecutive regular season.

  • Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: One of each in win

Verhaeghe tallied a goal, distributed an assist and placed three shots on net in Saturday's 5-2 win over Washington.

Verhaeghe scored an empty-netter with 46 seconds left in the third period after recording a primary helper on Sam Bennett's goal in the second period. Verhaeghe now has 14 goals, 22 assists, 103 shots on net and 46 hits through 46 outings this season. While he went cold near the end of the 2025 calendar year, he has eight points across his last six games, which includes three multi-point performances over the last four contests. He's on track to finish close to his 2024-25 regular-season output of 53 points in 81 games.

  • Panthers' Anton Lundell: Tallies pair of points Saturday

Lundell scored a goal, dished out an assist, placed two shots on net and had two hits in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Capitals.

Lundell recorded the primary assist on Uvis Balinskis' game-winning goal in the second period before scoring on an empty net near the end of the third period. Overall, the 24-year-old Lundell is up to 15 goals, 20 assists, 106 shots on net, 55 hits and 29 blocks through 47 games this season. Following a cold stretch to start the calendar year, the young center is gaining traction offensively with four points in as many games. While centering Florida's top line, Lundell is on pace to easily surpass last season's career high of 45 points over 79 regular-season games.

  • Ryan McLeod C | BUF

Sabres' Ryan McLeod: Two points against Minny

McLeod scored an even-strength goal and added a power-play assist in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Wild.

The 26-year-old center got the Sabres on the board midway through the first period before having a hand in an Alex Tuch tally in the second. McLeod has been on a roll in January, producing four goals and nine points over the last seven games. With Josh Norris (ribs) banged up, McLeod should continue drawing shifts on the second line with Jack Quinn and Jason Zucker.

  • Sam Bennett C | FLA

Panthers' Sam Bennett: Shines again in win

Bennett scored a goal, registered two assists, fired five shots on net, served two PIM and dished out two hits in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Capitals.

Bennett's strong stretch of play continued Saturday as he recorded two primary assists to go with his game-tying goal midway through the second period. Following his trio of points, the 29-year-old center now has 17 goals, 21 assists, 122 shots on net, 94 hits and 21 blocks through 47 appearances this season. Since Jan. 8, he has three multi-point performances across five contests. His sluggish start to the season is miles behind him as Bennett has excelled on the second line over the past six weeks. He remains a solid option in all fantasy formats and has an added boost in leagues that value category coverage.
