  • Morgan Frost C | CGY

Flames' Morgan Frost: Strikes on power play

Frost scored a power-play goal on two shots in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Kings.

Frost cooled off late in the season, earning just two points over the last six games. The 26-year-old still held his own in a middle-six role on a low-scoring team, earning 22 goals, 43 points (16 on the power play), 140 shots on net, 59 hits, 39 blocked shots and a minus-16 rating over 82 appearances. Frost will be in a contract year in 2026-27, and any improvements the team can makes to its offense should be reflected in stronger numbers for the center.

  • Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Three helpers in Game 82 win

Granlund had three assists in a 5-4 win over the Predators on Thursday.

Granlund, who finished with 41 points (19 goals, 22 assists) in 58 games this season, is one of only a few Ducks with playoff experience under their belt. He, Alex Killorn, John Carlson, Chris Kreider and Frank Vatrano will be counted on to lead the Ducks on their first playoff run since 2018.

  • Sharks' Michael Misa: Lights lamp in season finale

Misa tallied a goal and fired five shots on net in Thursday's 6-1 win over Winnipeg.

Misa ended his rookie campaign on a four-game point streak, which he extended Thursday with his even-strength goal late in the second period to place the Sharks up 4-1. Overall, the 19-year-old center posted nine goals, 21 points, 58 shots on net, 14 hits and 23 blocked shots across 45 games this season. He went on multiple point streaks throughout the season and is trending towards a bigger role next year if he can stay healthy. Misa will likely compete to be San Jose's No. 2 center to open next season and he should provide solid fantasy value in most standard leagues that value offensive contributions over category coverage.

  • Will Smith C | SJ

Sharks' Will Smith: One of each in win

Smith scored a goal, recorded an assist and fired five shots on net in Thursday's 6-1 win over Winnipeg.

Smith notched his goal late in the first period before later picking up a secondary helper on Macklin Celebrini's tally in the third. The pair of points raised the 21-year-old Smith up to 24 goals, 35 assists and 166 shots on net across 69 games this season. The rising star took another step forward this season offensively, as he compiled more points and shots on net in less games than he played in his rookie campaign. He is a high-upside player in fantasy for the years to come and is set to operate inside the Sharks' top six for the foreseeable future.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Sets Sharks' points record

Celebrini scored a goal, distributed two assists and placed three shots on net in Thursday's 6-1 win over Winnipeg.

Celebrini made history Thursday, as he recorded his 115th point of the season to pass Joe Thornton's 114-point, single-season record for the Sharks. Celebrini made the record-breaking performance possible with a pair of helpers in the first period before finding the back of the net himself less than a minute and a half into the third. With the trio of points, the 19-year-old superstar finished his sophomore season with 45 goals, 70 assists, 287 shots on net, 53 hits and 53 blocked shots across 82 games this season. He has cemented himself as one of the league's best players and will likely be a top-five pick in nearly all fantasy formats next season.

  • Predators' Steven Stamkos: Big three-point game in finale

Stamkos scored twice and added an assist in Thursday's 5-4 loss to Anaheim.

Stammer finished the season with 42 goals and 24 assists. He was especially effective on Thursday nights, with 14 of his snipes coming on that day of the week. Stamkos' 42 goals were his best total since 2021-22 in Tampa Bay. That's when he finished with his one and only triple-digit point total (106). At 36, Stamkos will eventually go through an age-related decline, but so far, his sniping hasn't failed him. The Preds failed to reach the postseason, so Stammer will get plenty of rest this summer to be ready for 2026-27.

  • Brock Nelson C | COL

Avalanche's Brock Nelson: Will play Thursday

Nelson (undisclosed) is expected to play Thursday versus Seattle, per the NHL media site.

Nelson skipped Tuesday's 3-1 win over Calgary for maintenance reasons as the Avalanche look ahead to their first-round series. He has 33 goals and 65 points in 80 outings with the Avalanche in 2025-26.

  • Wilmer Skoog C | FLA

Panthers' Wilmer Skoog: Back down to AHL

Skoog was reassigned to AHL Charlotte on Thursday.

Skoog had two assists over three games at the NHL level. The 26-year-old forward will rejoin the Checkers ahead of their playoff run. He has 37 points in 59 AHL contests this season.

  • Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Not playing Thursday

Marchessault (undisclosed) won't play Thursday versus the Ducks, Alex Daugherty of The Tennessean reports.

Marchessault will miss the last game of the season. He ends the campaign with just 31 points and 132 shots on net over 62 appearances. It's his fewest games played in a full-length season since 2015-16, so it's possible he's been playing through something. He also missed 14 contests earlier in the campaign due to a lower-body issue.

  • Connor Zary C | CGY

Flames' Connor Zary: Missing season finale

Zary is a little banged up and will miss Thursday's game versus the Kings due to his undisclosed injury, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.

Zary dealt with an upper-body injury late in the season, but it's unclear if this is a related issue. In any case, he'll end 2025-26 with 25 points over 74 appearances, taking a step back from his 27-point output over 54 outings a year ago. As long as Zary doesn't require surgery, he should be fine at the start of 2026-27.
