Zack Ostapchuk C | SJ
Sharks' Zack Ostapchuk: Nabs first helper
Ostapchuk logged an assist and two hits in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Flames.
The helper was Ostapchuk's first point in 12 games this season. He's been scratched in four of eight contests in December so far after being a regular in the lineup in the latter half of November. The 22-year-old has added six shots on net, 33 hits and a minus-2 rating, so he has minimal fantasy appeal from a fourth-line spot.

Barclay Goodrow C | SJ
Sharks' Barclay Goodrow: Erupts for three points in win
Goodrow scored twice, added an assist, went plus-3 and logged two hits in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Flames.
Goodrow ended a 10-game point drought with the unexpected three-point effort. The 32-year-old has filled a fourth-line role virtually all season, and he's not known for racking up a lot of offense in short spans. He's produced six points this year, along with 29 shots on net, 50 hits, 26 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a minus-8 rating across 34 appearances.

Macklin Celebrini C | SJ
Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Racks up four more points
Celebrini scored twice on seven shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Flames.
Celebrini had two helpers in the first period, and then he added two goals -- the game-winner and the empty-netter -- in the third. With the effort, the 19-year-old superstar crossed the 50-point mark for the season. He's earned four goals and seven assists over his last five games, giving him 18 tallies, 51 points, 102 shots, 21 hits, 28 PIM and a plus-13 rating across 34 appearances this year.

Jason Dickinson C | EDM
Blackhawks' Jason Dickinson: First goal in 10 games
Dickinson scored a shorthanded goal Tuesday in a 3-2 loss to Toronto.
William Nylander turned the puck over at the blue line, allowing Dickinson and Ilya Mikheyev to break out. It was Dickinson's third goal this season and first in 10 games. Overall, he has three goals, three assists and 27 shots in 20 games this season. He's best left on the wire.

Owen Martin C | WPG
Jets' Owen Martin: Big game for Spokane
Martin scored twice on seven shots and added an assist in WHL Spokane's 9-2 win over Portland on Tuesday.
Martin struggled early in the year, but he's logged three multi-point efforts over his last seven games. The 18-year-old Winnipeg prospect looks to be getting more comfortable, but his slow start is evident in his 11 goals and six helpers through 30 outings overall. Spokane's offense is also middle of the pack, though it could improve if Martin is able to be more consistently successful.

Dakota Joshua C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Dakota Joshua: Goal in each of last two games
Joshua scored a goal Tuesday in a 3-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Joshua's goal capped a Leafs comeback -- he scored eight seconds after Auston Matthews tied the game late in the third frame. Joshua lifted the defender's stick, grabbed the rebound and lifted it over Spencer Knight's glove from the slot. The 29-year-old missed Saturday's game due to illness, but he has a goal in each of his last two games. He also has four PIM and 10 hits in that span.

Auston Matthews C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Auston Matthews: First multi-pointer in seven games
Matthews had a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Chicago.
Matthews tied the game 2-2 with a power-play snipe at 16:51 of the third period. He picked up the puck behind the net and wheeled out, ripping a shot over Spencer Knight's glove from the below the right hashmarks. It was Matthews first multi-point game in seven games. Overall, he has 14 goals, nine assists and 102 shots in 27 games this season.

Ryan Strome C | CGY
Ducks' Ryan Strome: Rare goal in overtime loss
Strome scored a goal in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blue Jackets.
Strome tied it 1-1 at 3:35 of the second period from the slot after a backhanded pass from Ryan Poehling. It was Strome's first goal since Nov. 19, a span of 12 games. The 32-year-old is coming off three consecutive 41-point seasons, but he has just six points (two goals, four assists) and 21 shots in 16 contests this season. He's best left on the wire.

Ryan Poehling C | ANA
Ducks' Ryan Poehling: Back-to-back two-assist games
Poehling had two assists Tuesday in a 4-3 overtime loss to Columbus.
Poehling has back-to-back two-assist games (five shots) and five assists in his last four games. But unfortunately, he has just one goal and 10 assists in 27 games. Poehling came off his best offensive season (68 games; 12 goals, 19 assists) in 2024-25, but he will be hard-pressed to replicate that offensive output this year.

Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Ducks' Mikael Granlund: First points in seven games
Granlund had a goal and an assist in a 4-3 overtime loss to Columbus on Tuesday.
The points were his first in seven games since his return from injury. Granlund's 11 points (four goals, seven assists) in 16 games look low-level impressive for streamers, but the harsh reality is that he has a five-point game under his belt this season. And nine of those points have come in just three games. Don't be fooled -- Granlund needs to show a lot more to be wire worthy.
