  • Zach Hyman C | EDM

Oilers' Zach Hyman: Pots first tally of season

Hyman scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Kraken.

The veteran winger picked up his first goal and first power-play point of the season in somewhat fluky fashion, as Leon Draisaitl's pass to the front of the net glanced off Hyman's skate and got past Joey Daccord. Hyman missed the first five weeks of the season while completing his recovery from wrist surgery, and in seven games since his 2025-26 debut, he's produced four points.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Two-point effort in Saturday's win

Draisaitl produced an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Kraken.

Both points came in the second period, as Draisaitl snapped a shot past Joey Daccord before helping to set up Zach Hyman for his own tally. Draisaitl extended his point streak to eight games in the process, a stretch in which the 30-year-old superstar has piled up five goals and 13 points.

  • Martin Necas C | COL

Avalanche's Martin Necas: Three helpers in big win

Necas notched three assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Canadiens.

After helping to set up Brock Nelson for his second tally of the afternoon early in the second period, Necas had a hand in goals by Devon Toews and Gabriel Landeskog in the third. It's Necas' fourth multi-point performance in the last eight games, and through 25 contests on the season, he has racked up 13 goals and 33 points.

  • Brock Nelson C | COL

Avalanche's Brock Nelson: Erupts for four points Saturday

Nelson produced two goals and two assists in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Canadiens.

The 34-year-old got the rout started midway through the first period by snapping a shot from the slot past Jakub Dobes, before having a hand in each of the Avs' next three goals. Nelson's first goal of the afternoon gave him 600 career points, and on the current season, he's racked up eight goals and 16 points in 25 games.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Three points against Habs

MacKinnon scored a goal and added two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 7-2 rout of the Canadiens.

The Avs superstar had a hand in each of the team's final three goals on the afternoon, helping to set up tallies by Devon Toews and Gabriel Landeskog in the third period after potting his own in the final minute of the second. MacKinnon has produced multi-point performances in three straight games as he pads his lead in the NHL scoring race, and through 25 contests, he's amassed 20 goals and 44 points.

  • Golden Knights' Mateo Nobert: Five-point burst in QMJHL win

Nobert scored three times and added two assists in QMJHL Blainville-Boisbriand's 6-3 win over Gatineau on Saturday.

Nobert is up to 12 goals and 33 points in 23 appearances. This was his second five-point effort of the season. He's still more of a playmaker than a scorer, but he can do plenty of both at this level. The Vegas prospect should be able to surpass his totals of 28 goals and 67 points from 57 regular-season outings last year.

  • Mammoth's Barrett Hayton: Set to play Saturday

Hayton (illness) will draw back into the lineup Saturday in St. Louis.

After missing Friday's 4-3 loss to Dallas, Hayton will occupy a fourth-line role alongside Kevin Stenlund and Brandon Tanev versus the Blues. Hayton has three goals and five points in 22 outings this season.

  • J.T. Miller C | NYR

Rangers' J.T. Miller: Five points in last five games

Miller scored a goal Saturday in a 4-1 loss to the Lightning.

Miller was at the left post, and Adam Fox passed him the puck, which went off his skate and in. Early in the month, Miller had been mired in a deep slump (eight games; one goal, one assist). However, Miller has five points, including three goals, in his last five games. The four shots in his last five games stand out in a bad way, though -- he needs to get a lot more pucks on net to help lift his team into a postseason spot.

  • Pius Suter C | STL

Blues' Pius Suter: Not playing Saturday

Suter (lower body) won't play Saturday versus the Mammoth, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Suter is dealing with some muscle-related issues, and he'll sit out at least one game. Nick Bjugstad will take his place in the lineup, while Oskar Sundqvist will likely get a small bump in ice time. Suter can be considered day-to-day ahead of Monday's contest versus the Ducks.

  • Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Remains out Saturday

Marchessault (lower body) is expected to miss Saturday's game against Winnipeg, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.

Marchessault was also on the shelf for Nashville's 4-3 win over Chicago on Friday. He has four goals and seven points in 20 appearances in 2025-26. Tyson Jost is expected to remain in the lineup Saturday due to Marchessault's continued absence.
