Tyler Seguin C | DAL
Stars' Tyler Seguin: Tallies lone goal in loss
Seguin scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to the Blue Jackets.
Seguin has remained pretty consistent to start 2025-26, earning two goals and two assists over six games. His tally in the second period was all the Stars could put on the board Tuesday. He's added 10 shots on net, four hits and a plus-1 rating while generally filling a middle-six role as the Stars continue to juggle line combinations in the absences of Matt Duchene (upper body), Jamie Benn (upper body) and Oskar Back (undisclosed).

Sean Monahan C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Sean Monahan: Notches power-play assist
Monahan recorded a power-play assist and two hits in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Stars.
Monahan's had no luck on offense so far this season, with his helper on a Dmitri Voronkov goal being his first point. The 31-year-old Monahan has added 13 shots on net, six hits and a plus-5 rating through six contests. Both of his linemates, Voronkov and Kirill Marchenko, have had success, so it's only a matter of time before Monahan gets on track, as long as he remains on the top line and first power-play unit.

Boone Jenner C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Boone Jenner: Produces pair of points
Jenner scored a power-play goal on two shots, added an assist and logged three hits in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Stars.
Both of Jenner's points came in the first period, and his goal stood as the game-winner. He's up to six points in six games this season, and he's earned two of those points with the man advantage. The 32-year-old has added 10 shots on net, 13 hits, four blocked shots, six PIM and a minus-1 rating over six appearances. If Jenner can stay consistent on offense, he adds enough all-around production to be worth consideration in many fantasy formats.

Kent Johnson C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Kent Johnson: One of each Tuesday
Johnson scored an empty-net goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Stars.
The second line of Johnson, Adam Fantilli and Boone Jenner each contributed a goal and a helper in this win. Johnson has scored in back-to-back games and looks to be shaking off his early slump, which saw him held off the scoresheet in the first four contests. He's at three points, 12 shots and a plus-1 rating through six outings. Johnson has little physicality but should settle in as a reliable source of points and shots throughout the year.

Adam Fantilli C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Adam Fantilli: Earns two points in win
Fantilli scored a goal on three shots, added an assist and logged three hits in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Stars.
This was Fantilli's second multi-point effort of the season. The 21-year-old opened the scoring at 4:33 of the first period and set up Kent Johnson for an empty-netter in the third. Through six contests, Fantilli has two goals, three assists, 15 shots, eight hits and a plus-2 rating while centering the second line. He broke out with 31 goals and 54 points in 82 outings in 2024-25, so he should continue to be a consistent source of offense this year.

John Tavares C | TOR
Maple Leafs' John Tavares: Tied for team lead in goals
Tavares had a goal and an assist in a 5-2 loss to New Jersey on Tuesday.
The first goal was pure hand-eye excellence -- Tavares swatted a rebound out of the air at the top of the goal crease using his lacrosse skills. He sits tied with Auston Matthews for the team lead in snipes with four, and he's second in team scoring with nine points in seven games. At 35, Tavares is still a star.

Cody Glass C | NJ
Devils' Cody Glass: Notches second goal of season
Glass scored a power-play goal in a 5-2 win over the Maple Leafs on Tuesday.
Glass wired a shot from just below the right hash marks to push the score to 2-1 early in the second period. He has two goals and nine shots in six games this season, and he's averaging 12:34 of ice time. Glass never seized the status of his sixth overall draft pick (2017), but with his positional versatility, he may have some value in deep formats if he can stick on the second power-play unit.
-
Jack Hughes C | NJ
Devils' Jack Hughes: Four-game, eight-point streak
Hughes scored a hat trick Tuesday in a 5-2 win over Toronto.
Hughes has six goals during a three-game goal streak and eight points, including two assists, on a four-game point streak. Overall, he has nine points (six goals, three assists), including one power play goal and two power play assists, and 26 shots in six games this season. Hughes has factored in five of the Devils' six games so far and sits second in team scoring behind Jesper Bratt (three goals, seven assists).

Adam Gaudette C | SJ
Sharks' Adam Gaudette: Expected to play Tuesday
Gaudette (illness) took warmups on the third line and is slated to play Tuesday versus the Islanders, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.
Gaudette was officially a game-time decision, but it looks like he's good to go. The 29-year-old's third-line minutes will be augmented by a power-play role. He has two points through five appearances this season.

Jared McCann C | SEA
Kraken's Jared McCann: Won't play Tuesday
McCann (lower body) won't play against Washington on Tuesday, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
McCann will miss his second straight game, and it's unclear when he will be available to return to the lineup. He has produced three goals, one assist, 14 shots on net, four blocked shots and seven hits across five appearances this season. Berkly Catton will probably get another look on the top line because of McCann's absence.
