  • Avalanche's Charlie Coyle: Bags apple in loss

Coyle notched an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.

Coyle has four points over his last two games after being limited to two helpers over his first 13 contests with the Avalanche. He's seeing a larger power-play role in the absences of Martin Necas (upper body) and Jonathan Drouin (lower body). The 33-year-old Coyle is up to 28 points, 105 shots on net, 106 hits, 59 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 79 appearances between the Avalanche and the Bruins, so he's still a bit of a risky bet for offense.

  • Brock Nelson C | COL

Avalanche's Brock Nelson: Manages assist Saturday

Nelson produced an assist in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.

Nelson set up a Nathan MacKinnon tally while the Avalanche played with an extra attacker as they attempted a late comeback. Over the last nine games, Nelson has four goals and five assists, so he's cruising in his second-line role while also seeing a decent chunk of power-play time. For the season, he's up to 54 points (six on the power play), 182 shots on net and a plus-8 rating over 76 appearances between the Avalanche and the Islanders.

  • Ross Colton C | COL

    Avalanche's Ross Colton: Tallies Saturday

Colton scored a goal on four shots, added two hits and logged two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.

Colton snapped a 16-game goal drought as well as a six-game stretch without a point when he got the Avalanche on the board late in the second period. He's filling in as a top-six forward while Martin Necas (upper body) and Jonathan Drouin (lower body) are out, but both injured forwards are day-to-day. That means Colton will likely be back in the bottom six in short order. For the season, the 28-year-old has 16 goals, 29 points, 125 shots on net, 145 hits, 42 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 61 appearances.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Scores late in loss

MacKinnon scored a goal on seven shots and went minus-2 in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.

MacKinnon tallied with 2:18 left in the third period, cutting the deficit to 4-3 at the time. The goal extended his point streak to seven games, a span in which he's scored four times and added six assists. The 29-year-old superstar is up to 32 goals, 115 points, 314 shots on net, 58 blocked shots, 38 hits, 41 PIM and a plus-26 rating through 78 appearances. Even with just four games left on the regular-season schedule, he has a chance to eclipse the 120-point mark for the second year in a row, though he'll fall far short of last year's superb 140-point effort.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Snaps three-game point skid

Cozens registered a power-play assist, three hits, two PIM and a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 3-0 win over Florida.

Cozens fired a shot that was redirected by Drake Batherson past Sergei Bobrovsky to give Ottawa a 2-0 lead at 14:17 of the opening frame. Cozens is currently mired in an eight-game goal drought, but he's been relatively productive through 15 appearances with the Sens -- he has seven assists and 10 points since being acquired from Buffalo at the trade deadline. Cozens is at 14 markers, 27 helpers and a minus-15 rating over 76 total appearances in 2024-25. Eight of his points have come with the man advantage.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Explodes with four points in win

Thomas scored an empty-net goal, added three assists, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Avalanche.

In addition to the rare empty-net game-winner, Thomas had a hand in three of the Blues' first four tallies. Two of those assists were on power-play goals by Zachary Bolduc, and he also set up a Jake Neighbours marker. Thomas has been absolutely scorching during his eight-game point streak, earning four goals and 15 assists with a plus-11 rating in that span. He's up to 21 tallies, 75 points (18 on the power play), 138 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating through 66 outings overall.

  • Zack Bolduc C | MON

Blues' Zachary Bolduc: Tallies twice on power play

Bolduc scored a pair of power-play goals on six shots in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Avalanche.

Bolduc has been steady lately, but this was his first multi-point effort since a two-goal game versus the Kraken on Feb. 25. The 22-year-old has 12 tallies and three assists over his last 20 contests, with seven of his 15 points in that span coming on the power play. He remains on the third line in the absence of Dylan Holloway (lower body), as Jimmy Snuggerud is getting a look in the top six instead, but Bolduc's power-play role will keep him on the radar for fantasy. Overall, Bolduc has had a breakout year with 18 goals, 33 points, 113 shots on net, 103 hits, 35 blocked shots, 35 PIM and a plus-20 rating across 68 appearances.

  • Max Domi C | TOR

Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Generates assist Saturday

Domi notched an assist and two blocked shots in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

He was able to get on the scoresheet against one of his former teams when he set up a Nicholas Robertson tally in the second period. Domi has seven points (four goals, three assists) over his last 13 contests, an improvement in finishing after he struggled to find the back of the net for large stretches of time in the early and middle segments of the season. He's up to 31 points (eight goals, 23 helpers), 89 shots on net, 67 PIM and a plus-4 rating across 68 appearances.

  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Provides helper in win over Florida

Pinto logged an even-strength assist, two hits and a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Panthers.

Pinto registered the primary helper on Jake Sanderson's game-opening goal at 11:21 of the first period. The 24-year-old Pinto has followed up a six-game dry spell with three assists and four points over his last five contests. The New York native is just four goals and four points shy of setting new career highs in those categories. With six games remaining on Ottawa's schedule, fantasy managers in need of depth scoring may want to consider adding Pinto if he's available -- four of those matchups are against teams currently outside of the playoff picture. The right-shot center has generated 17 goals, 32 points and a plus-8 rating through 64 appearances in 2024-25.

  • Maple Leafs' Auston Matthews: Crosses 30-goal, 70-point marks

Matthews scored a goal on four shots and added an assist in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Matthews' contributions came on the Maple Leafs' last two goals of the game. He reached the 70-point mark with a helper on William Nylander's second tally before hitting the 30-goal threshold with 3:33 left in the contest. Matthews has been excellent lately with seven goals and 15 points over his last 11 contests, though this has been a bit of a down year for him overall. It's certainly not a bad campaign -- in addition to 71 points, he's recorded 244 shots, 80 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating over 61 appearances.
