  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: One of each in Tuesday's win

MacKinnon scored a power-play goal, dished an assist, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Red Wings.

MacKinnon wasn't as lively as usual in this contest, but he still put up a pair of points. His goal at 8:34 of the third period was his only shot of the game. This was MacKinnon's first multi-point effort in seven contests, though he's been superb with six goals and 10 helpers over 11 outings in March. The NHL's points leader is now at 29 goals, 78 assists, 290 shots on net, 55 blocked shots and a plus-27 rating across 72 appearances.

  • Flyers' Sean Couturier: Four-game, five-point streak

Couturier scored a goal in a 7-2 loss to Toronto on Tuesday.

He scored on a deflection late in the second to cut the score to 6-2. Couturier is on a four-game, five-point scoring streak (two goals, three assists). He has 14 shots in that span. Couturier might offer you some fantasy relief if you've been hit hard by injuries down the middle.

  • Flyers' Ryan Poehling: Four points in last four games

Poehling picked up a goal Tuesday in a 7-2 loss to Toronto.

Poehling opened the scoring in the first period when he one-timed a pass over Anthony Stolarz's glove from above the left hashmarks. The forward has three goals and one assist in his last four games. It's a nice little late-season bump, but it's not really enough to make Poehling fantasy relevant.

  • Devin Shore C | MIN

Wild's Devin Shore: Sticking in lineup amid slump

Shore's point drought reached 13 games in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to the Golden Knights.

The Wild have scored two or fewer goals in 11 of 14 contests in that span, with Shore serving as a healthy scratch once. The team's injury issues have largely kept the 30-year-old forward in the lineup as a fourth-line forward. Since there's not a lot of offense to go around, it's no surprise a depth player like Shore is having trouble chipping in. He's at four points, 35 shots on net, 69 hits, 33 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating over 49 appearances this season.

  • Bobby McMann C | SEA

Maple Leafs' Bobby McMann: Hits 20 goal plateau for first time

McMann scored a goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Flyers.

McMann made it 3-1 early in the second period with a one timer from the slot. It was his 20th goal of the season, and the first time he's hit that mark. Overall, McMann has 33 points, including five game-winning goals, and 141 shots in 63 games this season. He has five points, including three goals, and 14 shots in his last five games.

  • Golden Knights' William Karlsson: Helps out on power play

Karlsson notched a power-play assist, three shots on goal and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Wild.

The Golden Knights opted to keep Karlsson as the third-line center in the absence of Tomas Hertl (shoulder), instead moving Nicolas Roy up to the second line. Karlsson could still end up carving out more ice time in the long run, but the team may be playing it safe since he's still somewhat fresh off a long-term lower-body injury. The Swede has three helpers, including two on the power play, in four games since he returned. He's now at 21 points (four on the power play), 97 shots on net, 30 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating through 42 appearances this season.

  • Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Joins 20-goal club

Howden scored a goal on two shots, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Wild.

Howden has three goals, one assist and 16 PIM across his last six outings. The productive run has him up to the 20-goal mark for the first time in his career -- prior to this season, he hadn't even reached double-digits in a single campaign. He's up to 34 points, 112 shots on net, 105 hits, 50 blocked shots, 44 PIM and a plus-13 rating through 69 appearances. Howden is still in a bottom-six role, but he's been effective with similar usage throughout the season.

  • Jack Eichel C | LV

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Hits 90-point mark with hat trick

Eichel scored three times on six shots in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Wild.

Eichel opened the scoring at 6:23 of the first period and then added a pair of goals in the third, including one on the power play. The center has been absolutely electric lately with five goals and five assists during his four-game point streak, which has helped him continue to extend his single-season record for points by a Vegas player. He's now at 26 tallies, 90 points (34 on the power play), 217 shots on net and a plus-31 rating over 70 contests. His prolific production this year has put Eichel tied for fourth in the league in points alongside Connor McDavid (lower body).

  • Kings' Alex Turcotte: Dealing with upper-body injury

Turcotte will be out of the lineup Tuesday versus the Rangers due to an upper-body injury.

Turcotte has two points over his last three games, but it appears he's suffered an injury that will cost him at least one contest. Trevor Moore (upper body) was on the ice for warmups and looks set to return to the lineup on the second line, while Trevor Lewis will stay in on the fourth line to cover Turcotte's absence.

  • John Tavares C | TOR

Maple Leafs' John Tavares: May be best game of year

Tavares scored two goals and added two assists in a 7-2 win over the Flyers on Tuesday.

He fired four shots and finished plus-3. Tavares has put up goals in three consecutive games (five) and points in four straight (nine), with 12 shots in that four-game span. This may have been his best game of the season. Tavares has 32 goals, 33 assists and 168 shots in 64 games, and he's put up 80 hits, too. His 18.1 shooting percentage is significantly higher than his career 13.1 average, so he's benefited from some luck this season. Regardless, Tavares has heated up just in time for the fantasy postseason.
