J.T. Miller C | NYR
Rangers' J.T. Miller: Two helpers in Buffalo
Miller notched two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 8-2 loss to the Sabres.
Both points came in the second period, as the Rangers made a half-hearted attempt to rally from the 5-0 hole they'd dug in the first frame. Miller has played six games since the trade that returned him to Broadway, and the 31-year-old center has recorded three two-point efforts and three goose eggs.

Zack Ostapchuk C | SJ
Senators' Zack Ostapchuk: Dropped to minors
Ostapchuk was loaned to AHL Belleville on Sunday.
Ostapchuk registered one shot on goal, four hits and one blocked shot in 14:22 of ice time during Saturday's 5-2 loss to Montreal. He has one goal, three assists, 86 hits and 20 shots on net in 43 NHL outings this season. If Brady Tkachuk (lower body), Josh Norris (upper body) and Shane Pinto (upper body) are unavailable for Wednesday's matchup versus Winnipeg, Ostapchuk will probably rejoin the big club.

Rickard Rakell C | PIT
Penguins' Rickard Rakell: Records assist Saturday
Rakell offered an assist, three shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 8-3 loss to the Capitals.
Rakell fell ill while with Team Sweden at the 4 Nations Face-Off, but the illness didn't cost him any NHL action. The 31-year-old is on a roll with two goals and five assists during a six-game point streak in league play. For the season, he's up to an impressive 49 points, 149 shots on net, 93 hits, 66 blocked shots and a minus-16 rating through 57 appearances. While Rakell has three more years left on his contract after 2024-25, he comes with an affordable $5 million cap hit and could be a trade target for many contenders over the next couple of weeks if the Penguins decide to part ways with him while his value is high.

Evgeni Malkin C | PIT
Penguins' Evgeni Malkin: Adds helper in return
Malkin notched an assist, two shots on goal and two PIM in Saturday's 8-3 loss to the Capitals.
Malkin missed six games due to a lower-body injury. He saw just 12:45 of ice time in his return, but that was likely due to the blowout score. The 38-year-old center has played in just nine of 19 games since the start of January, earning a mere four points in that span. He's at nine goals, 26 assists, 82 shots on net and a minus-20 rating through 48 contests overall, and with his health being shaky lately, Malkin is a risk for fantasy managers who don't have a good backup plan in place.

Sidney Crosby C | PIT
Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Scores in blowout loss
Crosby scored a goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Saturday's 8-3 loss to the Capitals.
Crosby played through an upper-body injury during Team Canada's victorious 4 Nations Face-Off bid, and there was some question if the Penguins would rest him Saturday, just two days after an emotionally charged tournament finale. He played anyway, logging 19:59 of ice time while winning eight of 15 faceoffs. Crosby largely played on the wing during the tournament, but the Penguins don't have the center depth to cover for him. The 37-year-old superstar is up to 18 goals, 59 points, 158 shots on net, 52 hits and a minus-17 rating over 56 appearances this season.

Vinnie Hinostroza C | FLA
Wild's Vinnie Hinostroza: Strikes on power play
Hinostroza scored a power-play goal on five shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings.
Hinostroza is up to two goals over three games with the Wild since being claimed off waivers from the Predators. He has four points, 20 shots on net, 15 hits and an even plus-minus rating over 16 total appearances this season. Hinostroza is seeing power-play time for Minnesota, helping him be more consistent on offense. He'll have a chance to make an impact as long as Kirill Kaprizov (lower body), Jakub Lauko (lower body) and Ryan Hartman (suspension) are all out.
-
Nicolas Roy C | COL
Golden Knights' Nicolas Roy: Posts assist in win
Roy registered an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.
Roy has three points over five games in February, matching his output from the prior 10 contests. With the Golden Knights missing just William Karlsson (lower body) among the regulars at center, there's little room for Roy to move up in the lineup. He's at 20 points, 71 shots on net, 42 hits, 37 PIM, 21 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating across 46 appearances. Roy won't offer a lot of fantasy appeal from the fourth line, though he does a little bit of everything and continues to see power-play time on the second unit.

Brett Howden C | LV
Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Collects two helpers in win
Howden notched two assists, five shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.
Howden helped out on third-period tallies by Brandon Saad and Tomas Hertl as the Golden Knights finished off a comeback win. Howden earned his first multi-point effort since Dec. 27 versus the Sharks. The 26-year-old had only four points over his previous 18 outings. For the season, he's been a pleasant surprise in a bottom-six role, racking up a career-high 25 points (16 goals, nine assists), 98 shots on net, 96 hits, 44 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 56 appearances.

Tomas Hertl C | LV
Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Fills empty cage
Hertl scored an empty-net goal on four shots and added two hits in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.
Hertl has scored in back-to-back contests and has 11 goals in 15 games dating back to Jan. 12. The 31-year-old doesn't appear to be slowing down, and he's playing in a second-line role with power-play time that should allow him to be steady on offense. For the season, the center has 22 goals, 43 points (18 on the power play), 144 shots on net, 77 hits, 48 blocked shots and a minus-12 rating through 57 appearances.

Clayton Keller RW | UTA
Hockey Club's Clayton Keller: Slides helper with man advantage
Keller notched a power-play assist, seven shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Kings.
Despite taking a quarter of Utah's shots, Keller was unable to cash in a goal. He's still been consistent lately -- he hasn't gone multiple games without a point since October, and he has two goals and three helpers over six outings in February. For the season, the 26-year-old winger is up to 20 goals, 41 assists, 25 power-play points, 154 shots on net and a minus-9 rating across 56 appearances.
