  • Ty Emberson D | EDM

Oilers' Ty Emberson: Adds assist in loss

Emberson logged an assist and two hits in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Since the start of January, Emberson has four helpers, seven shots on net, 27 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 16 games. He looks to be firmly in a third-pairing role, though he could still be challenged by Alec Regula for playing time. Emberson has 11 points, 30 shots on net, 79 hits, 89 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating through 52 appearances, putting him two points shy of matching his total from 76 regular-season games a year ago.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Five-game goal streak

Raddysh scored a goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over Buffalo.

Raddysh is on a five-game goal streak (four assists), and he has 21 shots in that span. Three of his goals came on the power play. Raddysh has gone full beast mode this season, and we hope he never wakes up from this dream. He has 17 goals, 34 assists, a plus-16 rating, 127 shots and 19 power-play points (nine goals) in just 48 games. Raddysh has also been supremely clutch -- he has five game-winning goals this season.

  • Jake Walman D | EDM

Oilers' Jake Walman: Tallies in Tuesday's loss

Walman scored a goal on four shots in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Walman ended a four-game slump with the tally. The 29-year-old defenseman's goal tied the game for all of nine seconds in the middle of the second period. He's up to five goals, 15 points, 54 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating over 28 appearances. There's some risk in trusting Walman for fantasy, but he's done a decent job in a top-four role with limited power-play time.

  • Jake McCabe D | TOR

Maple Leafs' Jake McCabe: Gathers helper in win

McCabe notched an assist, four shots on goal, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Oilers.

This was McCabe's second point, both assists, in 14 outings since he returned from a two-game absence for a lower-body injury. He's gone minus-9 in that span while adding 21 hits and 29 blocks. The 32-year-old is filling a shutdown role in the Maple Leafs' top four, though he's had decent success on offense. He's at three goals, 15 assists, 50 shots on net, 79 hits, 133 blocks, 31 PIM and a plus-17 rating across 55 appearances this season.

  • Adam Pelech D | NYI

Islanders' Adam Pelech: Registers helper in overtime win

Pelech logged an assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime win over the Penguins.

Pelech has earned three assists and a plus-5 rating over his last six games. The 31-year-old doesn't add much on offense, but he's providing steady defensive play in a top-four role as a shutdown blueliner. For the season, he's at 10 points, 81 shots on net, 100 blocked shots, 37 hits, 30 PIM and a plus-8 rating across 57 outings.

  • Ryan Pulock D | NYI

Islanders' Ryan Pulock: Nets tying goal

Pulock scored a goal on two shots, added three hits and blocked four shots in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime win over the Penguins.

Pulock has two goals and four assists over his last 13 games. The steady defenseman continues to fill a top-pairing role alongside Matthew Schaefer, which makes for an excellent two-way duo on the blue line. Pulock is up to three goals, 23 points, 68 shots on net, 103 blocks, 38 hits and a plus-11 rating over 55 appearances. He has matched his point total from 74 outings in 2024-25, and he has a chance to get over the 30-point mark for the first time since 2019-20.

  • Islanders' Matthew Schaefer: One of each in overtime win

Schaefer scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime win over the Penguins.

Schaefer has three goals and two assists over the last five contests. He tallied late in the first period and helped out on a Bo Horvat goal in overtime in this effort, which was Schaefer's first multi-point outing since Jan. 19 versus the Canucks. The 18-year-old blueliner is up to 16 goals and 39 points through 57 appearances, with both of those scoring marks ranking third among all rookies. He's added 137 shots on net, 76 blocks, 28 PIM, 26 hits and a plus-7 rating. At this pace, he could take a run at Brian Leetch's record for goals by a rookie defenseman (23 in 1988-89).

  • Ty Murchison D | PHI

Flyers' Ty Murchison: Done for season

Murchison underwent surgery for an upper-body injury and is expected to miss the rest of the season, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Tuesday.

Murchison had six points in 29 AHL outings and went scoreless in three NHL games. The defenseman was playing in his first full professional season, and it's not yet clear if he'll be healthy for training camp. Given the missed development time, Murchison is likely to start 2026-27 in the AHL.

  • Dante Fabbro D | CLB

Blue Jackets' Dante Fabbro: Slated to play

Fabbro (lower body) is participating in warmups as expected, indicating he'll play Tuesday versus the Devils, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.

Fabbro was officially considered a game-time decision, but he was trending toward a return in recent practices. The blueliner will play on the third pairing for this contest. Fabbro had just one goal in the 16 contests before his six-game absence, so he won't be a great source of offense.

  • Samuel Johannesson: Lands on unconditional waivers

Johannesson was placed on unconditional waivers by St. Louis on Tuesday for the purpose of terminating his contract, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Johannesson had two goals and 11 points in 26 games with AHL Springfield this campaign. The 25-year-old defender generated five goals and 27 assists in 66 minor-league appearances during the 2024-25 regular season. With his contract with the Blues set for termination, he could return to the SHL if another opportunity in North America doesn't arise.
