  • Blues' Philip Broberg: Gathers pair of helpers

Broberg recorded two assists in Friday's 6-2 win over the Ducks.

Broberg's point streak is up to seven games (two goals, six assists). The 24-year-old defenseman continues to impress in a top-four role with power-play time. He's up to six goals, 31 points, 88 shots on net, 90 blocked shots, and a plus-7 rating over 74 appearances in what's become a career year following Friday's performance. He surpassed the 29 points he had in 68 regular-season contests a year ago.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Collects pair of points

Parayko scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist, went plus-2 and blocked two shots in Friday's 6-2 win over the Ducks.

Parayko had gone 11 games without a point since he returned from a back injury that cost him five contests. The 32-year-old blueliner continues to see top-four minutes for the Blues, but he's had more of a focus on shutdown work this year. He's up to two goals, 16 points, 97 shots on net, 88 hits, 162 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating through 70 appearances.

  • Flyers' Travis Sanheim: Goal, assist in Friday's win

Sanheim scored a goal on three shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Friday's 4-1 win over the Islanders.

Sanheim has a pair of multi-point efforts over his last three outings. The 30-year-old defenseman continues to play heavy minutes on the Flyers' top pairing, though his power-play time has been inconsistent. Sanheim is up to 10 goals -- a mark he's reached in two of the last three years -- and 35 points through 76 appearances this season. He's added 88 shots on net, 142 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating.

  • Tyler Tucker D | STL

Blues' Tyler Tucker: Set to return Friday

Tucker (lower body) is slated to be in the lineup versus the Ducks on Friday.

Tucker was labeled week-to-week March 21 after getting hurt three days before that. He missed six games due to the injury, and he'll take over a third-pairing spot that Justin Holl had been filling. Tucker may not be a full-time player moving forward if he doesn't play up to standards while the Blues pursue a playoff spot.

  • Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Not expected to play Saturday

Ekman-Larsson (lower body) isn't expected to play Saturday versus Los Angeles, per Luke Fox of Sportsnet.

Ekman-Larsson left Thursday's 4-1 loss to San Jose due to the injury. He has eight goals and 38 points in 73 outings in 2025-26. Troy Stecher is slated to play Saturday because of Ekman-Larsson's absence.

  • Wild's Jake Middleton: Stuck in skid

Middleton's point drought reached 16 games in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Middleton has earned 13 hits and 27 blocked shots in that span. The 30-year-old is filling a third-pairing role currently, as the Wild's defensive depth has seen him shift down the depth chart during 2025-26. Middleton has 14 points, 57 shots on net, 64 PIM, 82 hits, 103 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 68 appearances, and it's likely he'll miss the 20-point mark for the first time in three years.

  • Penguins' Samuel Girard: Dishes pair of helpers

Girard notched two assists and six blocked shots in Thursdays' 6-3 loss to the Lightning.

Girard has earned five assists over eight games since he returned from an upper-body injury. The defenseman is now at 17 points, 39 shots on net, 53 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a plus-15 rating across 55 appearances between the Penguins and the Avalanche this season. Girard is playing in a top-four role for the Penguins, but he hasn't unseated Erik Karlsson or Kris Letang for power-play minutes.

  • Kris Letang D | PIT

Penguins' Kris Letang: Logs pair of assists

Letang notched two assists and two hits in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Lightning.

Letang has five helpers over his last three games for one of his better stretches of the season. The 38-year-old defenseman is up to 33 points, 102 shots on net, 95 hits, 89 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 70 appearances. He's bounced back slightly compared to last year, when he was limited to 30 points over 74 contests, but his days of challenging for the 50-point mark are likely over.

  • Cale Makar D | COL

Avalanche's Cale Makar: Ruled out for next two games

Makar (upper body) will not be an option for the Avs' next two contests, Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports Friday.

At this point, Makar will likely miss the 90-point threshold for the first time since 2022-23. Despite his overall numbers being slightly down, the 27-year-old blueliner has already reached the 20-goal mark for the third straight year and is currently third among defensemen in points. Devon Toews figures to continue seeing a larger role, including on the power play, while Makar is sidelined.

  • Sabres' Mattias Samuelsson: Gets back in goal column

Samuelsson scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Senators.

Samuelsson opened the scoring at 8:49 of the second period. The defenseman has enjoyed a career year, but he's slowed down slightly with seven points and a plus-4 rating over his last 15 outings. Overall, he's still firmly in a top-four role, which has seen him earn 13 goals, 41 points, 104 shots on net, 126 hits, 144 blocked shots and a plus-32 rating over 73 appearances. His point total this year matches his combined total from the previous four seasons, which saw him skate in 200 contests.
