Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Departs game in third period
Skinner was hurt in a third-period collision versus the Jets on Thursday, Oilers play-by-play announcer Jack Michaels reports. Head coach Kris Knoblauch added that Skinner was pulled by the concussion spotter, Mark Spector of Sportsnet reports.
Skinner's injury occurred late in the contest, so it's not yet known if he's officially suffered a concussion. He allowed three goals on 16 shots prior the injury, though he didn't end up taking a result as the Jets won the game in overtime. Skinner joins Leon Draisaitl (undisclosed) and Connor McDavid (lower body) as players in doubt to play Saturday versus the Kraken. Should Skinner miss any length of time, Calvin Pickard will operate as the No. 1 netminder.

Igor Shesterkin G | NYR
Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Third straight loss
Shesterkin made 24 saves in a 4-3 loss to Toronto on Thursday.
It was a tough night for Shesterkin. The Leafs came in hot and have now won three straight. He and the Rangers have lost three in a row, and they are two points behind the Habs for the first wild card spot. Shesterkin has had an un-Shesterkin season. He's 23-25-4 with a 2.81 GAA and .907 save percentage. He'll rebound, but he also needs to be a difference maker to get the Blueshirts into the postseason.

Anthony Stolarz G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: First win in March
Stolarz made 27 saves in a 4-3 win over the Rangers on Thursday.
The first goal that got past Stolarz came when he was screened by several players -- he didn't see a thing. The second came on a rebound, and the third was a deflection with 35 seconds left in the game. The win must have been a massive relief for Stolarz, who hadn't won since Feb. 28 (0-3-1). Overall, he's 14-8-3 in 26 starts, and he has a 2.42 GAA and .918 save percentage.

Jet Greaves G | CLB
Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Back with big club
Greaves was called up from AHL Cleveland under emergency conditions Thursday.
Greaves' recall suggests there may be another issue with the Blue Jackets' goaltending depth. Elvis Merzlikins was recently away from the team to tend to a personal matter, but he returned to action for Thursday's 1-0 overtime loss to the Panthers. The Blue Jackets play again Friday in Pittsburgh, so more information may be available prior to that contest.

James Reimer G | OTT
Sabres' James Reimer: Drawing start in Utah
Reimer will start Thursday's road game at Utah, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.
Reimer will play for the first time since March 3 versus the Canadiens, when he stopped 16 of 20 shots in an overtime loss. The 37-year-old could get two starts in the next three games, as the Sabres' road trip ends with a back-to-back in Minnesota on Saturday and in Winnipeg on Sunday. Reimer has gone 2-7-2 with a 2.99 GAA and an .895 save percentage over 13 outings this season, so he's not a very strong fantasy option.

Thatcher Demko G | VAN
Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Remains on IR
Contrary to a previous report, Demko will not serve as backup to Kevin Lankinen for Thursday's game versus the Blues. Demko remains on injured reserve, per the NHL media site.
Demko was reportedly set to dress Thursday, but that is not the case. His next chance to play is Saturday versus the Rangers. He has been out since Feb. 8.

Ville Husso G | ANA
Ducks' Ville Husso: Returns to AHL
Husso was reassigned to AHL San Diego on Thursday, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.
John Gibson (lower body) is returning to the crease for Thursday's game versus the Predators, so Husso's presence is no longer needed on the NHL roster. Husso will likely be the next man up should another injury impact the availability of Gibson or Lukas Dostal.

Anthony Stolarz G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: In goal Thursday
Stolarz will protect the road goal versus the Rangers on Thursday, Colin Stephenson of Newsday reports.
Stolarz is set to start for the first time in three games, as Joseph Woll's strong play has earned him more time while Stolarz has struggled to a record of 0-3-1 with 15 goals allowed over five appearances in March. A strong showing Thursday could help Stolarz reclaim his No. 1 status in goal. The Rangers have won just two of their last six games, scoring a total of 13 goals in that span.

Scott Wedgewood G | COL
Avalanche's Scott Wedgewood: Tending twine in Ottawa
Wedgewood will protect the road goal versus the Senators on Thursday, per TSN 1200 Ottawa.
Wedgewood has won four straight games, allowing just six goals on 99 shots over that span. The Senators are surging, however, having won five of their last six games with 24 goals scored in that span.

Spencer Knight G | CHI
Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Starting again Thursday
Knight will protect the home goal versus the Kings on Thursday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Knight has lost his last three starts, giving up 11 goals on 74 shots in that span. The 23-year-old won his first start with the Blackhawks in a March 3 game versus the Kings, but he was busy in that game with a 41-save effort. The Kings have gone 5-1-1 since that contest, scoring 19 times over seven contests.
