  • Sharks' Alex Nedeljkovic: Starting in Nashville

Nedeljkovic will defend the road net against the Predators on Monday, per Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now.

Nedeljkovic is coming off a 21-save effort in a 5-2 loss to Edmonton on Wednesday. He has a 16-14-4 record this campaign with a 2.95 GAA and an .893 save percentage across 38 appearances. Nashville sits 19th in the league with 2.95 goals per game this season.

  • Carter Hart G | LV

Golden Knights' Carter Hart: First goalie off Monday

Hart was the first goalie off during Monday's morning skate, SinBin.vegas reports, indicating that he'll draw the home start against Winnipeg.

Hart has picked up wins in each of his four starts since returning from injury, allowing just seven goals on 97 shots (.928 save percentage) during that time. He made a road start against the Jets on Jan. 6 and turned aside 17 of 20 shots (.850 save percentage) in an overtime victory.

  • Josh Manson D | COL

Avalanche's Josh Manson: Shut down Monday

Manson (upper body) won't be in action versus the Oilers on Monday, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports

Manson hasn't scored a goal since the Olympic break, picking up just seven assists over his last 24 games. During that stretch, the veteran defenseman has added 41 shots on net, 45 hits and 23 blocked shots while averaging 16:52 of ice time. With Manson unavailable, Jack Ahcan looks set to play for the Avalanche for the first time since Jan. 25 versus Toronto.

  • Blackhawks' Andrew Mangiapane: Unlikely to play Monday

Mangiapane (lower body) isn't expected to play against Buffalo on Monday, according to Vinnie Parise of The Hockey News.

Mangiapane didn't participate in Monday's morning skate after being injured in Saturday's 5-3 loss to St. Louis. Based on Chicago's morning session, Landon Slaggert is in line to replace Mangiapane in the lineup.

  • Cale Makar D | COL

    Avalanche's Cale Makar: Remains unavailable

Makar (upper body) won't play against Edmonton on Monday, Conor McGahey of Altitude TV reports.

Makar will miss his seventh straight game, but he was a full participant in Monday's morning skate. Still, it's unclear if he will play against Calgary on Tuesday. Makar has accumulated 20 goals, 75 points, 192 shots on net and 118 blocked shots across 73 appearances this campaign.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: In goal Monday

Knight will patrol the home crease against Buffalo on Monday, Vinnie Parise of The Hockey News reports.

  • Max Jones LW | EDM

Oilers' Max Jones: Out 3-4 weeks

Jones (lower body) will be out of action for 3-4 weeks, according to Tony Brar of Oilers TV on Monday.

Jones sustained the injury in Saturday's 1-0 loss to the Kings. If the Oilers go on an extended playoff run, he could be an option to return to the lineup at some point. Jones has three goals, five points, 22 shots on net and 56 hits in 21 NHL outings this season.

  • Oilers' Jason Dickinson: Out until postseason

Dickinson (leg) will be reevaluated ahead of the postseason, ruling him out for the next two games, Tony Brar of Oilers TV reports.

Dickinson is currently mired in a 13-game goal drought, and now he will have to wait until the playoffs before he gets another opportunity to find the back of the net. During his slump, the Ontario native has managed just 17 shots on net. He'd likely need to shoot more to end the drought, but his role is primarily a defensive one when he's in the lineup.
